This video is much more useful compared to the official video from Interactive Brokers, which is really difficult to understand. Perhaps IBKR should attend Adam's class to learn how to explain thing clearly. :-)

Interactive broker should hire Adam to teach their platform (set up learning videos) as it's terrifying for beginners. I avoid it to the end despite good prices offered due to so many features... looks super complicated and advanced for us- non professional traders. Thank you Adam.

I currently have the paper account of Interactive Brokers.
I need to familiarise myself with the demo account before going to a live account. The course I bought is a bit too advanced for me at this stage. I've never used an Options demo account before.

Hi Adam, I got SGD cash reserve in my IB account. Could I use SGD to set buy order for US Stocks? If not possible, how could I convert the SGD into USD (in IB workstation) for purchase of US stock.

how to set an trigger for a buy option based on a underlying price so there would be both condition: 1. option price 2. stock (underlying price)

Teacher , on min 7:28 to 7:58 you talk about stop limit and limit price at 7:58 you said at 128 youll trigger the trande and you buy at no more than 128.5 why the diferrence of the price what you mean when you said you trigger the trade ? Thans teacher
Trigger means that the trade enters the market. In other words, the trade becomes active. The limit price activates the computer at the exchange to accept the trade.

Mobile and desktop platforms always differ. Adam is using the desktop platform.
