    Being a catcher I've been working on transforming an outfielder friend to a pitcher having this very challenge! I want him to be a drop and drive pitcher but with a good linear movement and balance. This drill should help alot, thanks.

    Do you have any videos about rotating versus driving pitching?
    I probably woulda wrote a comment about idiots, who think rotating out of the pitching mechanics then driving is the proper mechanics, but I'm not sure about it. I'm pretty sure it's driving that causes the hips to rotate, right?

      It needs to be a very heavy band. A thin band will stretch too much
