It's not possible for arcade endings to be canon. Jin was the only person to face Azazel. There is no way Steve's Tekken 6 ending is canon either. Only the Scenario campaign is canon.

I always used Wang but I think if they revamped Wang to a younger version (make it look like donnie yen for example) would attract more players to use him. Part of it was player base changed and rather wanted a more visually pleasing character over other traditional factors (age = wisdom).
It's a tool assisted speedrun, a playthrough achieved through manipulating savestates and having a program make inputs in precise frames (which is what allows the ridicolous parries and combos to hit)
