Some good information, nice to see you stitching at the same time. Not easy, president Ford supposedly couldn't walk and chew gum. I'm looking forward to seeing the next briefcase video.

Following up with the veg-tan leather, what are your thoughts on wet molding? Do you make any bag with that technique? Is it better or worse in terms of durability? I.e: one single piece wet molded vs a panel stitched to a gusset for an outside pocket in a bag or backpack.

I can't say I've ever wet moulded a leather bag before. Handles I have. As long as the leather doesn't dry out too much and it's conditioned afterwards, then it should be just as durable, but a little stiffer depending on the shape.
The challenge is in lining a wet moulded bag, as linings are rarely veg-tan, but chrome-tan or fabric. Anything's possible, just harder.
