it's that classic Griffin joke structure where he's telling a story and references something, but at the last second, forgets the name of what he's talking about, and with held-back laughter decides to roll with a made up name he just thought of. I couldn't for the life of me show any other examples of this, but I know that fucking cadence as if it were my own sweet baby brother.

I downloaded that video, and about 60 episodes into The Adventure Zone, stopped... Paused the podcast... Ran and got my phone... Found the video... And realised that Griffin McElroy, the man weaving this incredible story and doing these amazing voices, was the same man that I watched eat a banana whole on a video game interview.
