THE SRF LESSONS

All sincere seekers of spiritual consciousness- regardless of religious affiliation-can receive the above techniques in the basic series of the SRF Lessons. I tried so hard I went to mumbai centre and got all kriya yoga booklets from Calcutta.. but couldn’t understand or practice no help from anyone
Even in London there’s a centr very close to my house in baker street went mad looking for God and try to understand the kriyas it’s not easy as you say no help no help I finally gave up no contact from anyone
Now you have brought tears into my eyes I am in desperate search of God and follow the path of Yogananda
An you help me I am very sad and alone in the world no one I have will you help me to understand and love God and be with him

Where do I find this “Kriya yoga”? It seems mysterious. Hatha yoga is what’s popular in the West.

I mean, how many more wisdom books do I need to read that tell me the same thing.. go within. 🤣 Yet, I still keep reading them, instead of meditating with fervor. I intend on changing now though:)

Books expand my parameters. Conclusions end investigation. Then if the book is good it becomes sn escape. From boredom of daily life and it's ignorance or whatever. The inner life of Krishnamurti Aryal Sanat was one such crutch and I even plagiarized to look smart . I'm a sinner.!
