Okay, you're going to get triggered and abuse me again but I'll go ahead nonetheless.
1. Aren't muscle or tendon tears also a result of overtraining and inadequate rest?
2. A 5x5 of a compound (with 2 warm ups) to start with and going up to 40 sets per muscle per week split two times a week, isn't that overtraining?
Research and Meta-Analysis and Meta-Regression studies say 20 sets per week per body part.
3. Why not consider some compound movements to work stabilizing muscles?
Chest Presses to eliminate Military or OHPs, consider Deadlifts to work out hamstrings and traps, etc.
I had my front shoulder lag and when I stopped OHP and worked shoulder out on chest day, I saw it grow and even saw a line separating front Delt.
Triceps long head was lacking growth. Same reason. Chest Presses.
Eliminated Forearm workouts and saw vascularity improve. I'm typically low body fat due to my prolonged dieting for years.
I think hitting every muscle from every angle is insecure, can lead to overtraining, fatigue and injury.
Compound movements should be considered workouts for stabilizing muscles. So, we can eliminate targeting movements and isolation for those muscles.
And one more thing. The main muscle I hit on a day got overtrained (chest) while the second or secondary muscle I trained lacked growth.
I mean to say a prolonged workout beyond 40 minutes can lead to muscle fatigue as well that anything that's worked out beyond that time doesn't grow as well as they should on a normal 2000 calorie bodybuilding diet.
This doesn't mean it could work better on a 4000 calorie diet. At least, I don't mean that.
My gripe with your recommendations was recommending such a higher volume of nearly or around 40 sets per week per muscle group.
Won't anybody following your recommendations be prone to injury even in the long run at any stage?
Slow movements are better overall for the body than higher volume and load.
I just want the facts and what could be the right or the best practice. மெய்ப்பொருள் காண்பது அறிவு. That's all I want to discuss and not get into personal altercations taking digs at each other.
Bodybuildign is not about being normal and being that freak - all the overtraining stuff works well if you are natural but if you are enhanced - you are in differnt dimension
dont want to take science class and calorie counting - but if you look into my other videos - i would have clearely said that myinjury was because of no sleep and recovery...
i telll people why i did - what i did - what were the mistakes and how they shoudl approach
if you feel my recommendations are wrong - please go ahead and create your channel and teach what YOU BELIEVE TO BE RIGHT.

@@BigleeTamil Thanks. Your video addressing a crowd on the role of carbohydrates was excellent. I'm basing my theory on the same principles.
I think oxidative pathway is inefficient to build muscle, while ATP and Glycolytic pathway are highly efficient.
I think oxidative pathway takes over much after 40 minutes, which I believe is why advice on aerobic/cardio is either limited to or supposed to go over 40 minutes.
I think weight training going over 40 minutes leads to inefficiency and even injury.
We can't expect Marathon runners to sprint 20 kilometres. I think weight training is sprinting. After 40 minutes, it has to be low intensity. High intensity activity like weight training doesn't go well within the oxidative pathway.
That's why I argued against the volume being too much.
Movie Reviewers/Audiences don't have to make movies. Still I'll publish in some form after I confirm the results of my personal experiment.
