The atmosphere and musics and characters of the anime really goes into a sh..tty direction after 26th episdoe. It is like, Rem's intense feelings fer Misa in the level to kill herself... It's just easy-writing, ye know. Not suitable fer an artwork that cared about analytical thinking this much. They always showed Rem as loving herself more than Misa. Plus, fer Light's side, taking this much of arisk and tieing everything onto that, whether Rem loves Misa more than herself or not, it's really far-fetched of a risk and not suitable with Light'S characters. They did a sh..tty job of continuing the series from the 24th episode onwards.
