Im getting my 1040 solar from Sigma Sport’s new E-bike store tomorrow and even more stoked now after watching this “cheat sheet” video on it! Purchase even more justified 😎 lol
The crash detection, i would clain could also cost you your life... or close to it. I have turned it off again, as i got way to many false positives, which i did not always see... But my wife did.... and then i did when i got home or saw the 10 unanswered calls after the ride :)
me and a mate out yesterday, both using Garmin. my device recorded 16.72 miles whereas his recorded 20.61 - we were beside each other the whole way. why so big a difference?and how to resolve?
Have either of you have a speed sensor fitted? GPS signal is sometimes lost under trees but Garmin can continue to record ride distance from speed sensor on wheel hub
flow and grit are great, but pretty much useless in the same time. Garmin needs to start showing these stats for the segments. I dont care about my flow when im pedalling on the fire road, i want to see my flow and grit improve for the particular segment.
Can't all these features just be incorporated into an app for your phone so you don't have to be dealing with multiple devices? I never will trust a Garmin car GPS. I used one on a trip to Texas and the little piece of crap took me everywhere except where I needed to go. Google maps did just fine.
Do you have a Garmin unit you use on the trails? Let us know down below! 👇
I just use my Garmin Fenix 7x watch. It does 80% of what you mentioned...i love it!
Vivoactive watch and Edge1000. Too much gps tracking!
Garmin 830...I find it hard to get the screen you need...I'm new to Garmin but boy does it frustrate me! Maybe Wahoo2?
I have the Edge 840 and love the jump stats.

Thanks!
So do all the main garmin computers work with the specialized turbo Levos?
Do you have to use the Garmin in MTB or EMTB mode in order to get the flow and grit?
What mount do you have for garmin on stem? It has nice rise! It is nukeproof mount for garmin?
so where is the embn network discount code for any garmin purchases? if this is an obvious plug for garmin? or is just for you guys?

Unfortunately cannot be paired with Bosch system….really bad since we cannot get rider wattage (useful for training)
bosch connection? I cannot make it
