If the cable/satellite companies weren't so expensive, there wouldn't be as much piracy. About 10 yrs ago the cable TV here was advertised as being $30. Now the cheapest tv package they have costs over $100
I wouldn't call it piratecy, I would call it not getting ripped off by a big tv provider. All this hassle is caused by big TV providers including BBC paying for tv license that is worth crap on tv. IPTV will continue as there's always a way to beat the system. There are too many serious issues in the world to worry about like wars, cost of living, poverty etc etc rather than worry about who's watching films for free
if prices were fair and affordable there'd be no market for piracy or definitely not enough of a market to make it worthwhile. it just seems such an easy problem to solve .. as mentioned by others just incredible corporate greed is the creator of all wrong doing. the time effort & money to fight piracy could surely be offset by fair pricing to begin with..
Should we care, NO. The greed is beyond the joke and in Australia have managed to keep many sporting events on free to air and so what if you get ads 😁. If you download an app and watch content then you're lucky. The people streaming this content need to play within the laws.
I really like this video. It gets to the root issue. Going after the VPNs will likely make a substantial dent in the issue. Before VPNs were the rage years ago, anonymous proxy servers created/exposed from malicious hacking were the way to go. I rode that wave for a while back in the day and it worked and it was wonderful.
Media content is disgusting so I'm mostly watching Classic tv, which is usually free and legal. Do you know how to block sponsored ads on the firesticks? Im trying to block sponsored ads that show sexual type content Im not interested in

If your complaining about iptv and using vpn your also hiding your data for privacy reasons I wonder why !
