When you run used brass. I'm assuming you clean, with a tumbler with primer on. Then run it through it's course of getting deprimed then re-primed and filled with powder etc?

Kinda. I clean in a wet tumbler with no pins to get the bras ~95% clean. I then dry the brass, apply lube and then pass it through the press for its first pass to decap and resize. I then run it back through the wet tumbler with pins this time. When it is dried it is clean / sized / deprimed and ready to load. Some folks will do another pass where they swage and deprime only.
