I've owned my k7 gsxr600 for about a year and never knew about any of this, the previous owner had the shift light set well into the redline so I thought it don't work as my gear indicator has issues at low speeds in first and second gear. Great video man thanks a bunch

06 GSXR 750 here. This method varies slighting with the year of the bike. Mine.. hold bottom button down then turn ignition to on.. hold for a couple more seconds and your in the settings. Adjust light on or off or flash, adjust brightness and finally adjust shift rpm. Done

If it doesn't work after a couple tries hold them down for a few seconds before turning the key. Worked perfectly for me on 4th try.

If you set it at 10.000 rpm foe example will it stay on (or flashing) until you hit the red line? (as an indicator you are in the revs you want to keep it)

Maybe you can help sir I have a 2007 GSXR 600 ..and I am having a hard time finding original coil pack for it and other parts I purchased some coil packs off of eBay ever since I've installed them my bike's been idling slow and seem like it's going to cut off where can I find original parts I really don't want to sell my 2007.

When i do this on my k6 750. Holding both buttons and turning the key on the lightning bolt doesnt come on.

I have a key delete on my race bike and I can't get the lightning bolt to come... Probably can't set it without the oemKey ignition? Anyone know?

i tried doing his method and it did not work for me
but then after i turned on the bike, i pressed the lower button or held the lower button and it went into the shift light brightness. then i pressed the lower button again and adjusted the shift light rpm.
