Wow. Haven't seen individual hydraulic couplings on a loader for years. Here in UK they have been mono block since the eighty's. I had my first in 1988. All the pipes come off in one go.
Hi. My aftermarket front-loader hydraulic valve does not have load-sensing line. What should I do with the load-sensing port on PB valve? Should I just put a cap on it (blocking it) or should I connect any other line to it? Thanks and regards.
If your aftermarket hydraulic valve does not have a port for a load sense line, it likely is not designed to work with load sense hydraulics. Assuming you’re working with a JD 6400 or a tractor from the same series, you’ll need to get a different valve that is designed to work with load sense hydraulics.
Would this setup work with a Westendorf loader ? I bought a used 6400 that had a loader on it , but they evidently took off the joystick . The power beyond block is still there though .
Yes, the joystick kit is tractor specific and will work with any loader. We can get you a price on the kit minus the power beyond block if you email us at sales@shortlineparts.com
@@shortlinepartsllc6795 Yes, I can open it up and adjust and re-tighten it, but doesn't last long. You talked about wearing out in another video, what usually wears out??
@@Drink1208 typically it's either the internal pin that the handle pivots on: www.shortlineparts.com/koyker-joystick-joint-ball-pinhtml - or the internal joint that the pin sits in: www.shortlineparts.com/koyker-joystick-repair-part-jointhtml - these parts would only apply if your joystick is the Nimco brand.
Bardzo dobry materiał , fajnie i jasno pokazujecie montaż tego zestawu!
Dzięki waszej prezentacji uporałem się z podłączeniem ładowacza w moim JD 6300

That’s definitely an easier way of doing it!
Great job on this video
Thanks Steve!

@@shortlinepartsllc6795 thank you.
I have one thats always gets loose and unable to raise unless you tilt up too, how do I fix that?
Is it the joystick handle that gets loose?

Great video. Somehow this tutorial makes more sense coming from a woman.
Thanks! 😇
