Yeah I find this promo scheduling for this comeback and Japan debut very odd, cuz why release Bubble Gum MV in April and then want to release How Sweet Single Album in May. I preferred it release on physical and digital/streaming ON the SAME day rather than being a month apart. And then I heard details of Supernatural (Japan debut) to be a single album too, in my opinion is strange haven't they ever recorded songs like "Attention", "Super Shy" in Japan Version. It would be better if Supernatural album to be an EP/Mini Album with 2 new songs and have some past songs re-recorded in Japan Version.

Going after Western mainstream approval while neglecting the hardcore fans who are willing to actively support them and spend money on them for many years is such a shortsighted move. I am one of these fans but I became reluctant about the money spending part. If it's an album or a concert or really good, available and affordable merch - then sure. But at this point I respect my bank account much more than my favourite band's side businesses.

No one brought NJ into this. Only MHJ did. At her own conference she associated herself with NJs and described their relationship as being close. If she was a good adult, she would not have done this. Her outfit was also worn by one of the NJs girls adding to her "association" with NJs.

Basically people's opportunity to get a job at Ador is being influenced by a shaman's words. As far as I know, only one New Jeans member is underage, not sure why the parents of the rest of New Jeans member think they can just butt in when those members are of legal age and should be able to speak for themselves. I don’t understand why Hybe continues to allow this and doesn’t put a stop to those parents, too much unnecessary drama from those parents whose “children” are fully adults. Only Hyein’ parents should be allowed to meddle only until she turns 18.

To be honest, I' quite split here since I don't know who really is telling the truth but all I know is that every Group in Hybe and New Jeans will very much get affected because of this issue
To be honest, I used to not know either, but now I realised that, If MHJ is telling the truth, then I’m 100% with her, and HYBE has done very bad things; on the other hand, if she has lied about the taking over ADOR, I wouldn’t support her as much because of the lies, but HYBE still has done very bad things, and at this point, I would even support her intention of trying to take over the label, even though it would be inefficient, as it can’t be done legally, given the current circumstances. When it comes to court, it really is about who has the better lawyer, which usually equates to who has more money. But to me, being morally right is more important than being legally right. Again, I wouldn’t support lying, and much less if she has been manipulating everyone, but in any case I think HYBE has been playing the dirtiest. And there is still a chance that MHJ has been telling the truth. It’s hard to not know, and I can’t know where I stand either, but it isn’t as 50-50 as I used to think. What I hate the most is that NewJeans is in the middle of this, they have probably like 5 more years of contract with the company, but that doesn’t guarantee that they will be supported by the company, especially as HYBE can easily take their audience with Illit (many people argue it isn’t the same concept, but it does have similar aesthetics, and they definitely appeal to about the same demographic). This is what MHJ foresaw. It was not so much about plagiarism, but about stealing from another group within the same company. Like, save your sneaky tactics for the real competition with other companies, but why sabotage one of your own active groups. Maybe this will be the point where NewJeans will have to learn to do more on their own contents and grow up fast. I hope they somehow make it, because it is very unlikely that they’ll have their mother figure in the company back.

Mhj put up a tantrum and said she wanted to build her own group away from Source Music so BangPD built Ador (initially him owning 100% of it) and let her run her creative juices there as much as she wants. At the end of 2022 as a reward for some success seen by the new gg, BangPD gave her 15% shares at a discounted price (Mhj didn’t have the money so even that was loaned to her by BangPd). She put up a tantrum again as she wanted more so he gave her 5% more for a total of 20%. She gave away 2% of these shares to her cronies (now board of directors in Ador). At the end of 2023, she is trying to renegotiate her contract so she can get 30x the value of her shares (instead of 13x). Her 18% shares which is now valued close to $80M, she wants to inflate them to become close to $200M. She met with outside investors and shared private information about Hybe’s financials (obtained illegally by her VP when he still worked at the financial offices at Hybe before resigning there and becoming VP in Ador-hybe has proof of this). Ador is an independent company in the sense that the multi-label system in Hybe has creative and management freedom for all their artists. Each label can independently create the music they want but make no mistake…Hybe still owns them and has control over all their financials. Stop worshipping mhj when she is clearly only after Hybe’s money. She said in the presscon that she is not after money but her constant contract renegotiations, meetings with other investors, leaking of artists’ personal info and underhanded tactics and smear campaigns to destroy hybe and their other artists (except newjeans) say otherwise.

Not sure what your sources are from, but if you've watched the press conference and read the legal documents, it clearly indicated that NewJeans' debut got delayed because MHJ spent her time focusing on negotiating a new contract so she can gain a larger share of Ador, and they couldn't debut NewJeans with the original schedule because of HR issues. HYBE certainly has their own issues but to paint MHJ as a victim in this situation is quite laughable and demonstrate subpar comprehension skills. As a business owner and investor myself, you'd have to drug me to death to be willing to give away 18% equity of my company to an employee if I have zero faith in his/her competency...just saying.

Going after Western mainstream approval while neglecting the hardcore fans who are willing to actively support them and spend money on them for many years is such a shortsighted move. I am one of these fans but I became reluctant about the money spending part. If it's an album or a concert or really good, available and affordable merch - then sure. But at this point I respect my bank account much more than my favourite band's side businesses.

To be honest, I used to not know either, but now I realised that, If MHJ is telling the truth, then I’m 100% with her, and HYBE has done very bad things; on the other hand, if she has lied about the taking over ADOR, I wouldn’t support her as much because of the lies, but HYBE still has done very bad things, and at this point, I would even support her intention of trying to take over the label, even though it would be inefficient, as it can’t be done legally, given the current circumstances.
When it comes to court, it really is about who has the better lawyer, which usually equates to who has more money.
But to me, being morally right is more important than being legally right.
Again, I wouldn’t support lying, and much less if she has been manipulating everyone, but in any case I think HYBE has been playing the dirtiest.

What I hate the most is that NewJeans is in the middle of this, they have probably like 5 more years of contract with the company, but that doesn’t guarantee that they will be supported by the company, especially as HYBE can easily take their audience with Illit (many people argue it isn’t the same concept, but it does have similar aesthetics, and they definitely appeal to about the same demographic). This is what MHJ foresaw. It was not so much about plagiarism, but about stealing from another group within the same company. Like, save your sneaky tactics for the real competition with other companies, but why sabotage one of your own active groups.
Maybe this will be the point where NewJeans will have to learn to do more on their own contents and grow up fast. I hope they somehow make it, because it is very unlikely that they’ll have their mother figure in the company back.

At the end of 2022 as a reward for some success seen by the new gg, BangPD gave her 15% shares at a discounted price (Mhj didn’t have the money so even that was loaned to her by BangPd). She put up a tantrum again as she wanted more so he gave her 5% more for a total of 20%. She gave away 2% of these shares to her cronies (now board of directors in Ador).
At the end of 2023, she is trying to renegotiate her contract so she can get 30x the value of her shares (instead of 13x). Her 18% shares which is now valued close to $80M, she wants to inflate them to become close to $200M. She met with outside investors and shared private information about Hybe’s financials (obtained illegally by her VP when he still worked at the financial offices at Hybe before resigning there and becoming VP in Ador-hybe has proof of this).
Ador is an independent company in the sense that the multi-label system in Hybe has creative and management freedom for all their artists. Each label can independently create the music they want but make no mistake…Hybe still owns them and has control over all their financials.
Stop worshipping mhj when she is clearly only after Hybe’s money. She said in the presscon that she is not after money but her constant contract renegotiations, meetings with other investors, leaking of artists’ personal info and underhanded tactics and smear campaigns to destroy hybe and their other artists (except newjeans) say otherwise.

Every other channel starts with HYBE's side and it seems they're against her. Just an observation on how order of perspectives in storytelling influences the listener, even if sharing both sides.

Not sure what your sources are from, but if you've watched the press conference and read the legal documents, it clearly indicated that NewJeans' debut got delayed because MHJ spent her time focusing on negotiating a new contract so she can gain a larger share of Ador, and they couldn't debut NewJeans with the original schedule because of HR issues. HYBE certainly has their own issues but to paint MHJ as a victim in this situation is quite laughable and demonstrate subpar comprehension skills. As a business owner and investor myself, you'd have to drug me to death to be willing to give away 18% equity of my company to an employee if I have zero faith in his/her competency...just saying.
