Happens well when your work environment is still within your home, so your mind doesn’t know how to truely detach and rest only when you’re asleep!!
I set up a daily 1k fund that goes to a account everyday, when ever I feel this way, I simple detach from my space for a weekend and LODGE in a nice hotel!! WORKS EVERY TIME!! Bounce back new and ready to conquer the world with new ideas😅
My work environment isn’t really within my home. I go out almost everyday for work. But yeah a burnout. And maybe the constant thinking of the next thing.

I’ve watched every single content since I discovered your channel about 7-8months ago & outside you being authentic, another reason I keep coming back is how much I feel you. Like when you share with us it sounds like we’re on the same page & I love that cause at the end of the day it’s nice to see someone else pushing just as hard. Correct me if I’m wrong but the feeling @ 11:34 is more like a “even though things are better than they use to be I still feel stuck” like wanting more out of life and babes it’s coming, don’t be too hard on yourself! 😂😂😂 this is so funny to me. I’ve always talked like this. I speak normal clean English and pronounce my words well. And again it depends on my mood and I’ve been influenced by the things I consume over the years. That’s probably why you think I have a weird accent. For me I think I just speak normal clear English.
