Loved all the dogs, i come from Scotland and its Baltic in the winter -19 a few years ago and loads of downed trees over 6 foot snow, my dog had boots on and loved it.. Normaly you can tell where it's been bombed, sudenly theres a newer building tucked in the middle, or a building just stops. The low area is normal for old terrises its the servents entrence in the past, the kitchen etc. would be down there.
In one of your recent videos, you mentioned that bus shelters face away from the street. I had not seen this before and I suspect that it is to prevent exhaust fumes being directly inhaled as the traffic passes.
Yes, that could be! I thought it might be for safety reasons to serve as a barrier in case a car jumps the curb, but then someone said it is to protect people from getting splashed by cars hitting puddles when it is raining. Not sure what the true reason is, but I thought it was peculiar. -Mike
Due to the humidity, the weather here feels much colder and much warmer than in other parts of thr world. Many canadians complain about how cold it feels here during the winter.
The YMCA was founded in London in 1844, by Englishman George Williams.

Yes, I heard Scotland can get cold. Oh Ok, that makes sense about it being the service entrance in the past. Thanks!
I went to university in Bath so many great walks about. Definitely some small changes
Marvelous, I walked by one of the university buildings on the way in and out of town. -Mike

You were 2 minute walk from the crescent around the corner from the circus
Yes! I didn’t realize it until after I left the city 🙁. My GPS didn’t work there.
@@Mikeintown you also missed out on the central Victoria park which would have taken you to the crescent 👍
Beginning of your walk is going up Walcot Street, building on the left hand side is the rear of the Paragon.
