hi there! im back from the UK and am so happy to share this vlog with you! i figured if i was going to fly 15 hours to get to iceland, i might as well spend more than 5 days on that side of the world lol. luckily my parents were able to join and we managed to catch the best week of summer the UK had all season :') thanks to everyone who sent travel suggestions and love always!

I spent a semester abroad in the UK and your vlog just brought back all the nostalgia for those wonderful cobblestone streets and bipolar weather😂 Wales and England will always have a very special place in my heart

Upper Slaughter! That's the village where "Father Bown" is filmed. It's one of my favorite TeeVee shows when I'm in full-on British Senior Citizen Mode (which happens more often than I'd like to admit). I recognized some of the sites. Very cool place. Quaint AF.

I had a little cry watching this because of the overwhelming nostalgia and beauty of so many of these places, places I remember visiting as a teenager with my family. This video reminds me of a simpler time and was really special - Always a joy to watch your videos ❤

Omg I'm so happy you chose to go to Hay! It's well known for the festival but people outside of England don't seem to go there much. I grew up about 40 mins away so have a lot of memories there
I lived in Reading (half way between London and Oxford, you surely passed through it by train) for 10 years, and was lucky enough to visit all of the places you visited... Your video gave me goosebumps (and a good dose of nostalgia, now that I've moved to another country), it was great to see all those familiar places through your eyes and camera 😍
