Kerabu means salad. You were supposed to mix all of the herbs together for maximum experience, and adding sambal chicken (ayam masak merah) was definitely a crime. If there were selection of protein to go with Nasi Kerabu, pick either ayam percik or tempura fish or grilled beef, then add stuffed chillis, salted egg and pickled garlic. Crack some fish cracker on the rice and mix all the herbs together.

Mee bandung Muar !
Meat and milk 🤮🤢
If anyone doesn't know what rose milk are
It's cordial rose syrup + water + evaporated milk
And it's called air bandung in Malay
In Sri Lanka we call it faluda, except milk, ice cream, jelly and chia seeds are added, instead of evaporated milk.
It's so refreshing ❤
@@hazelmint6671 that’s pretty common here too! Except we call it bandung special hahaha 😄
@@noranizaazmi6523 ❤️👌
They don't even have it in Bandung 😂
They have rose syrup and rose + milk syrup, but not so common
And for and extra kick, we add ice cream soda

The bone marrow soup is called gearbox soup in Malaysia. Your bowl is the gearbox and the leg bone is the shift stick.
Because that roti is "mughlai paratha". In west Bengal people enjoy eating them. They are not meant to be thin like a roti. Hope this helps!
