Good morning n thx. Onions always give softness when u grind n mix even for normal uthapam. Hv tried earlier with moongdal soaked with one hand rice for 2h n grinded n mix with jowari n bajra atta mix thts also good. But this cooked dal concept is good. Thanks. Any receipy made of wheat flour will not control sugar in diabetic patients and when added toor dal will create digestive from in older people. It may be ok for non diabetics. Millets and karuppu kavuni rice are better to reduce your sugar level . That is my experience.
