If you want a change in Canada, get people to rally and vote out or express organise a referendum on things you want to change. Because US billionaires (or their ancestors/family members) worked hard to achieve such a high level of wealth, while in Russia they just bought "vouchers" for privatisation of state facilities from people to whom these vouchers were distributed, but these people were so poor (and they didn't know how to handle these vouchers) that they decided to sell their vouchers to such "tricky" people for pennies on the dollar, and that's how the oligarchs became so powerful and rich. By the way, this system of privatisation was introduced and recommended to Russia by "Western partners", mainly the USA.

Putin came to power as a 'interim President' in that unstable era for the county and the rest you can see know live: Chechnya, Georgia, Ukraine and his masterplan of whole authoritarian control of whole country. Starting with changing of oligarchs which were in charge for all of the top industries of the economy and change them to his friends from school, judo, university, his bodyguards and so on 😂
