On the Crazy Horse challenge, set the transmission to manual, drive in 4th gear from the start and downshift to 1st when you're on a straight open road
@@PhantomHalf you get a lot more control and fun if you put it in manual if cars are around and you need tight control, 3rd gear, wanna go pretty fast 2nd gear, if you want to do wheelies with it on a straight shift down to 1st, if I remember there are only 3 gears in that car

Turn the game to Easy mode if your were playing on Classic Mode. Your car will handle better and they allow your more time to finish the task. Happy hunting!
Oh my fucking God thank you so much. I beat the game on classic for the trophy and completely forgot it was on that difficulty. Swapped it to easy and beat that stupid fucking electric car run first try after being stuck on it for over a fucking hour and breaking two controllers.
A modder drastically improved how this game played with a few changes. Zero zoom in with guns, just weapon stability how its supposed to be. Actually using gas and getting refills. Drastically more realistic crash damage. Getting to carry a few more tommy gun clips. Completely removing the trash magic vehicle ram mechanic. Adding a few different 3rd person camera views. Adding 1st person for on foot and in vehicle. What they didnt do but should have done, removing the gps entirely. No on screen directions, instead the player just saying if they should turn or go straight. "Gotta take a left here, ah now which way do i go? Straight keep it straight." Its dynamic, simple, replaces gps entirely.
I’m constantly failing because of those weird ass jumps and random bumps in the road that make you fly high in the sky. It extremely frustrates me as I’m also trying to beat this mission for two hours now. I finished legendary race on my second try, but this crap is just mental
The electric one is poorly designed from a game play perspective. The last part is flipping ridiculous in all fairness. Having you pull into a driveway to pull back is totally stupid.
People DONT do the waybar mission , it wil get your save game corrupted and will reset the whole game without possibility to load it back keep this in mind !
The game crashes after I completed Waybar. This is the 2nd time. The 1st time it crashed I didn't have a backup. Thankfully I completed the game on Classic Difficulty so I got the most difficult trophy out the way 1st. I'm just angry that I can't get the Waybar. I really like the look of the Waybar motorcycle.

Quick tip:As I was trying to get the made man trophy I kept the difficulty on classic which made the challenges way harder so when I noticed I changed to easy and it was pretty easy hope this helps❤
This games base gamplay physics are below red dead redemption 2 but still satisfying when they dont glitch out. Textures and lighting gets trippy too of often though.
The notes do not appear at all in my game. However, I found the mutagen at the lighthouse and unlocked it without having to do the race. But how do I find the rest?

There's a Mob Boss named "Louie Romeo" and he's from the city of "Los Ondas" im pretty sure that is a reference to Los Angeles and *The Los Angeles CrIme Family* and Louie Romeo might be the mafia (game) version of "Bugsy Siegel"
Fuck that motorcycle mission. Failed it like 10 times and twice towards the end. Why'd they have to make motorcycles so terrible to drive in this game.
I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem but after I filled up the moray at the second gas station it would not drive anymore it was like it got welded to the ground but I could move it with other cars
Just a fair warning if your playing this on PS4 the waybar mission has a tendency to crash the game and randomly delete save files. I managed to fix mine through cloud saves. But I'd skip the waybar it's really just a pain to do and not that great of a vehicle to begin with.
didnt even know the fuel was a thing drove for hours and the red line was usually always somewhere in the middle until i ran out of fuel while doing the collectables but i thought my car was just broken so i hobbled down to a gas station at the top of the map and nothing happend only to later try again and realise i was on the wrong side and had to use a button for it to fill up very cool as i thought the fuel meter was just for show or was used to indicate damage

Electric Trick Track must be an early April Fools, right? Went through 5 mins of agony only to be welcome with a U-Turn with a car that always seems like its braking. At the end it doesn't even have the horsepower to get up a slight hill. Safe to say I won't be doing any of these car missions, I feel sorry for anybody going for the platinum in this..
Took me near 10 attempts on classic mode.. just learn the course and the short cuts it's very easy when you actually know the track, I did it with 25seconds to spare and that's with a few spinouts
@@dizzyjackal8079 Yeah, classic would be even worse lol. If I was going for plat I would do it again, but tbh it isnt a car that even appeals to me. It has virtually no handling or control. I understand realism and stuff, but there should be an option to turn it off in vehicles for players who just want to play passively. Dont get me wrong, I absolutely loved the game itself.
@@joeblogs7727 I found on classic the best thing to do on any tricky driving mission is use the ram mechanic to straighten up the car going round corners it totally counteracts under steer. Yeah it's a great game, I'm doing the side stuff to make it last longer don't want it to end lol
The mutagen race is so glitched. when i am at the finish and it says job complete and then my game crashes so i had to play the whole story again i was only 1 more car off for the 30 car trophy and when i was done with the story for the second time it happend again and it still isnt in my garage. Edit: you can get the trophy without the mutagen just go to the area of tommy's house and there are alot of cars that you dont see in little italy

Not sure what's going on but the game has crashed on me 8 times upon completing the motorcycle checkpoint race. Never getting the platinum cause it's bugged out. Shoot me.
For the waybar bike, the letter isn't showing up on the table.. There isn't any letter that says the same thing, I have done the crazy horse, mutagen and Smith Murray. But the waybar isn't showing up..

It may have been stated but you MUST complete the first note/challenge (on the pool table) in order for the other notes to unlock/appear.

Can confirm, this just happened to me and It wont let me load cloud saves ffs. Was so close to the platinum as well 😥

every time i complete the waybar race my ps4 crashes, i’ve never hated driving a vehicle in a game as much as i hate this fucking bike

@@joeblogs7727 I found on classic the best thing to do on any tricky driving mission is use the ram mechanic to straighten up the car going round corners it totally counteracts under steer. Yeah it's a great game, I'm doing the side stuff to make it last longer don't want it to end lol

The mutagen race is so glitched. when i am at the finish and it says job complete and then my game crashes so i had to play the whole story again i was only 1 more car off for the 30 car trophy and when i was done with the story for the second time it happend again and it still isnt in my garage. Edit: you can get the trophy without the mutagen just go to the area of tommy's house and there are alot of cars that you dont see in little italy

I am sure most people want mafia 5 to be based on not a real mafia story set in the 1980s where we play as a italian mobster who rises the ranks of the mafia and builds his own casino but i would prefer that to happen in mafia 5 . For the waybar bike, the letter isn't showing up on the table.. There isn't any letter that says the same thing, I have done the crazy horse, mutagen and Smith Murray. But the waybar isn't showing up..
