I don’t think people will get upset with. It is the truth and let’s others know that there had to be adjustments. Most realistic one I have seen. Most Christians say we had ups and downs, but never explain any details. Marriage is not easy initially cause two different people have two unique personalities. You never know what they have gone through. Lord bless

Thanks for watching. It’s great to hear that our story has been the most realistic one you’ve seen. We are glad that our vulnerability and transparency is helping others. Many blessings!

Living with parents is a blessing fir financial reasons, but that leave and cleave is so important fir marriage. They were trying to adjust to his parents schedule and not one they had created on their own. It’s beautiful to hear how you both have grown.

You both did such a great job explaining in detail emotions you were both experiencing. Definitely made me think of past experiences I e been thru that I hadn’t thought of in a long time. My marriage ended in June of 2015 after having moved from Oregon to Memphis, Tennessee in February 1998 and I’d forgotten the shock of my emotions of not being with my family for the 1st time and I was the oldest of 3 kids from my parents being divorced. I didn’t expect to miss my Mom at such a debilitating level. Thanks for sharing your story

THANKING GOD that you both pushed through and didn’t give up 😭 this episode truly reveals the importance of allowing God to heal us from any hidden soul wounds .. this episode also shows the importance of moving with God and obeying him no matter what (despite how the flesh looks or feels) .. this encourages me to have a “Donna mentality” if I ever run into an issue in my future marriage .. “I’M NOT GOING NOWHERE!!” (In Donna’s voice 😂🙅🏽‍♀️) oh and the cliff hangers at the end always leaves my mouth on the floor lol can’t wait for next week 🎉

Yes, we thank God for the strength to press through. It’s great that you were encouraged by this video. We’re glad the cliffhangers left you on the edge of your seat. 😂 We didn’t realize how much of our story even had so many cliffhanger moments. 😃

I think your testimony is powerful!I believe God does have Christian counselors that believers should utilize even if we think we are much better it’s still a good idea to remain active with a christian group or counselors that deals with trauma and depression. I’m a firm believer that some individuals deal with supernatural warfare as well as depression all at the same time. I pray you guys continue telling your story ! God bless! 😊

Oh my goodness!! Donna, my girl!!! I feel like you’re my long lost sister! I can relate to you more than I can put into words. When you started getting emotional I was already tearing up because I know exactly what you felt. I still suffer quite a bit, but the Lord is bringing me through. I’m SO looking forward to hearing more and how God has brought you both through your challenges. Gosh you guys… you just don’t know!! I don’t even have words. Thank you for bringing this TH-cam channel..wait!!! I thank and give praise to my abba for you two, thank you Lord Jesus!

I’m tardy to the party here-this is cautionary tale to work on yourself first. If they courted longer, the described pathology might have presented and provided an opportunity for pastoral (and clinical) intervention. That is our responsibility, and in our aim to be obedient to God, there is biblical wisdom that was missed. Donna initially praying for specific dates/season does not mean that God honored. And, I cannot speak to whether Donna heard from God regarding the new job. We’re helpmates and women can have the gift of prophesy, but that man of God serving feverishly in the ministry did not have this discernment? I trust that the family landed well, but pray that folk watching their journey will see value in the wait.

I just happened to stop by.. bless you both. To the wife, hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs your courage, warmth, and goodness radiates your story. Thanks for revealing what a woman of God looks like; that even in when there are challenges, God's women stand immovable in our faith.

What does it mean to know each other spiritually? Is it a biblical concept at all? Where in the bible did God say that we may know people spiritually?
