36k is high for Pune standards. I’m paying 23k in Baner, Pune(which is also a premium locality) for much bigger flat than this. Viman Nagar is only expensive due to proximity to Airport.

I just felt that he has complicated everything so much... Travelling to Mumbai 2-3 times a month, but staying in an AirBNB , living in VN when you could have easily stayed in Bavdhan/Baner and took the Mumbai Bangalore Highway to cut your travel time to Mumbai by atleast an hour given that it will take you 65-70 mins to cross the entire city from VN to the Mumbai Pune e way...Felt that he could have stayed at a more affordable place in Mumbai and cut all this extra....

I think it all comes down to what a person value the most. If you're not looking for matchbox size houses then this makes sense, and the prices are considerably lower. However you spend a lot of time travelling up and down. You have to choose what you want to sacrifice. Your time or money?
