Again what a great guest - when you get sorted guests who exude positive energy, my Sunday starts well🙂
He is not paying 36k for a 2bhk...he is paying 36k + traveling costs to mumbai + accommodation in mumbai + wastage of time, energy for unnecessary avoidable travel...he is under an illusion of a "better quality of life".
True.
Polluted air, noise pollution, pigeon hole sized apts, never ending slums, stray dogs, pseudo attitude of mumbaikars, superiority complex, no parks, zero hygiene, awful weather 11 months a year..mumbai life sucks...so the chap is right..trade off in pune works
He’s also getting paid mumbai salary..
@@keertin5706 Mumbai offers better deciplined traffic, public transports, metered taxis, autos, safety, street shopping, better mixed city people culture, airport and train terminus to travel anywhere, port for ferries, stable watersupply and electricity than pune.and Navi Mumbai is much better planned..he could have stayed in nerul, kharghar, panvel and saved time, money and energy!
@@rahusphere and he's wasting that salary in 28hours of commute per month and airbnb😅
36k is high for Pune standards. I’m paying 23k in Baner, Pune(which is also a premium locality) for much bigger flat than this. Viman Nagar is only expensive due to proximity to Airport.
I agree...viman nagar is over hyped with a useless airport...many offices are moving to kharadi now
@@herambpatkar There will be more offices in Kharadi/Wagholo/Manjari and Baner/Balewadi/Wakad/Mhalunge stretches in near future.
In Which society you stay in Baner

I just felt that he has complicated everything so much... Travelling to Mumbai 2-3 times a month, but staying in an AirBNB , living in VN when you could have easily stayed in Bavdhan/Baner and took the Mumbai Bangalore Highway to cut your travel time to Mumbai by atleast an hour given that it will take you 65-70 mins to cross the entire city from VN to the Mumbai Pune e way...Felt that he could have stayed at a more affordable place in Mumbai and cut all this extra....
Looks like his brother heavily influences his personal decisions...better he move out of this cocoon and make sensible choices independently!
He is a young chap who is all sorted..pune over mumbai, anyways .what an awesome weather in pune, great people etc..lousy weather in mumbai, slums, mumbaikars lousy attitude ..list goes on..
True. There are affordable options in Mumbai also. But anyways its his decision at the end of the day.
@@svk0071 Yess
He could have easily rented a good flat in Nerul or Kharghar at a similar rent. Navi Mumbai would have provided better quality of life than Mumbai and also he could have saved in travelling and hotel cost
True the rent in Navi Mumbai would have been very close to what he is spending now in rent+cost of travel and accomodation...not to mention traveling time...people dont get how valuable time is!!
He can stay in thane for less. 36k is very high for pune i think.
He wants to be with his brother and dog and loves the weather.
It's a fully furnished house.
@@citizenearth71 They are not children anymore dependent on each other..they both are grown adults with jobs, one brother stays close to his office in viman nagar where one has to travel 3.5-4hours one way in peak hours and stay as a guest twice a week, how is this fair?
It would have made sense if he stayed in Navi-Mumbai: Kharghar, nerul, belapur, panvel ...they could have met and stayed in touch on weekends or twice a month by visiting each other alternatively.
@@herambpatkar Maybe, he actually LIKES his brother and CHOOSES to spend time with him for a bunch of laughs! Shocking!
@@citizenearth71 Respect and care should be equal...here its tilted towards the care and comfort of one person out of the two....people should maintain a parity between relation and hardships!
Why do people find his decision of living in Pune weird? He clearly explains his reasons multiple times in the video. And he lives with his dog too, I'm guessing a pet needs space to run around.
He is paying 36k plus travel, stay , its okay for some time but cant do it for long for sure.
Flat is bad for 36k rent in Viman Nagar.. much better options in Pune at lower rent and better location and view
Ahhaa Mumbai vs Pune... *cracks knuckles*
Mumbai vide is next level not compare another cities

Rohan Mithila is one of the expensive places here in VN. Having stayed in VN for quite some time, I feel one can get a good 2 BHK in around 25-30
I do the opposite, staying in Mumbai and working in Pune 😅 I have many colleagues doing the same...possible with hybrid.
Ulwe mai 3bhk mil jayega woh bhi premium property 35k mai. Anyway uska paisa uski marzi.
I think it all comes down to what a person value the most. If you're not looking for matchbox size houses then this makes sense, and the prices are considerably lower. However you spend a lot of time travelling up and down. You have to choose what you want to sacrifice. Your time or money?
Lol. He is wasting his time on travelling which he can use to buikd skills or health. Youngsters going bonkers. Such a joke! If he likes Pune so much, get a job in Pune na!!
Purshottam from Permanent Roomates had suggested this as well. What a visionary.
He must be really loving his brother 😅 someone should teach this guy how Economics work. In Mumbai, we are staying in Bhandup in a gated society and paying 40k rent for a 850 square ft flat. In 1.4 lacs per month, we are sending our 2 kids to good ICSE school also in Powai 😅
Thanks for featuring Pune flats
That’s quite normal to stay in Pune and work in Mumbai .. many people travel daily too
After MTHL bridge launch, he might review his decision.
I stay in Nerul. I would like to meet like-minded folks.
Plz cover hyderabad, chennai
Super hero❤
This guy has his priorities sorted. Choosing to have slight discomfort of commute a few times a month to have a better quality of life for the rest of the month makes so much sense
Really?😂 Slight discomfort? he wastes 7hours a week, 28hours a month in commute that too for an hybrid job, pays overhyped rent in viman nagar in a society having amenities which he does not use but just pays, pays for rent and has to pay for airbnb 4-8days a month...you call that sorted? what quality of life is this?🤣🤣🤣
In short Salary chaiye Mumbai wali and rent dena Pune wala.
Good guy
Super Sunday
I do the same, I travel every week from Pune to Mumbai, the commute is tolling but the quality of living is far superior in Pune. If theres anyone who does the same please reply to this comment since id love to carpool.
Beautiful city pune jai maharashtra
pune especially viman nagar is most overpriced
Pune is good for nothing, except the weather.
Yes Dharavi is best
There's barely any Viman in viman nagar .😂
Yea Dharavi is awesome dude...🎉
ur roots are from place which is good for nothing..and its weather is also really bad!
What is good about the weather? It is still hot, humid and muggy during monsoon.
Pune is a great city 😊
Pls. Seatch job in Pune if you like there.
Mumbai to pune train is better
Not a wise decision.
