There will never be a better show-opener than Shudder in my opinion. Gets you so pumped and even brings tears to my eyes to see the energy and crowd interaction, makes me wish concerts will resume sooner than later.

Thats how you open a show in Wembley Arena 👍 When this was filmed they were at the end of their european leg of tour and they were really well oiled machine.

Her opening song into the Nightwish fold. Technically I think NW released Elan and Sagan before this one, but when I got this album and pressed play, INSTANTLY, Floor became my favorite female lead of all 3 women of Nightwish. Beautiful sound and high energy song.

While the song selection for Buenos Aires '18 was a trip down memory lane I like this Wembley '15 show best of all I have see. Visually the best, audio was superb and the performances were absolutely OP. Fun reaction!

this "shudder before the beautiful" is one of the most powerfull performances of the nightwish band, I suggest you to react to other two: "weak fantasy "from the 2015 concert in tampere and "sahara" live in tampa, again in 2015

Heard you mention about the virtual concert, I'm 77 years old and do very well clicking on TH-cam videos....But I went on Nightwish's site to order tickets for the virtual concert, and they had something about seating arrangements, I was going to watch this in my family room....I don't know what to do....Anyway great reaction as always, as a Pink Floyd fan for most of my life, after 4 years of listening to Nightwish over and over, I still can't believe one band can be so tight...."Dead Boys Poem" will be played at my funeral....

I think the best moment of this song (and there's a lot to choose from) is when Floor is singing so softly and sweetly and the pyro comes in really hard, but then drops back out and she acts completely unfazed.

Oh yes, finally Shudder Before The Beautiful! Absolutely nuclear energy song from start to finish, but my favorite part is that section after the solo, that riff and energy there is just brutal, it's like relentless avalanche :) And then when you think about the transition to Yours Is An Empty hope and that riff immediately after this omg! I don't know if you already reacted to Dark Chest of Wonders opener from Wacken 2013, in terms of energy it is very similar experience to this. Great reaction as always! :)

Floor mentioned in a documentary Making of new album, that Tuomas wrote some songs, like this one, she have to use her lower register vocals, and she liked that. Me too.
Tuomas part in that duel with Emppu sounds much better than on the album version in which is timid compared to this. Love it.

The whole crowd goes silent, gives me goosebumps everytime I listen to this song. I’m going to miss Marko for sure. I hope I’ll see him at the virtual show in March. So looking forward to that. Just got the anouncement that the concert in May in Amsterdam is postponed to November 2021. Hope that I will finally see my musical heroes on 23th November 😍
