Not really. It's better to start with the G chord if you really don't want to move the chord hand fingers, as I show later in the video

This is not Travis Picking. It is some of the really basic practice lessons. There is no variation on the chords. Also, nowhere do I see the muting of the first three strings? If you want to actually learn this style properly, look up Tommy Emmanuels Fingerstyle Milestones. And also learn the song Freight Train.
