What happens when you become authentic

I was a tad effy on the advice, "be yourself" when I was young. There were plenty of reasons why I was afraid to be myself or be authentic to other people. To be yourself is going to cost you something. It's whether you are okay with that cost from the beginning. However that cost isn't forever. I think that cost eventually gives you positive returns. I'm not going to lie being yourself, especially when you don't know yourself, can be hard to accept and do. Watch this video to know about the cons and pros! I think its worth it in the long run, to be authentic aka yourself.
