Just watched a video on this before watching this one.I left more confused than before I started it.This video was very well made and super informative.Thanks for this video.I now understand how to use the micrometer.You made it simple.
Very helpful! I have the same caliper, and yeah, I'm in Canada where most of us use metric, and on that caliper , I never figured out how to measure using the inches on those types of vernier caliper where the inches have 16 divisions. I guess the better calipers will have an inch divided in to 10 ths instead of 16 ths, in which case you would use the same method shown to get a measurement in inches as you did with mm.
