I only had a few trade lines for the LLC, but It did have biz credit scores of 80 Paydex, Experian Commercial 84, and Equifax score of 368. I answered the phone call did the application over the phone. I requested just $2500-5000 and received $9500 on the red card, which is not the Mastercard. Thanks for the tips!

The Arco & BP Mastercards are traditionally PG cards because you can use them anywhere; not just gas stations. The other cards that don’t have the Visa or MasterCard logo on it are the ones you can do no PG with.
Yeah my FuelMan application I did it over the phone with the customer service representative and he put it on the application for $5000 and he told me to give it 24 hrs and the guy called me the next morning saying they APPROVED my application for $4500 bc I rent A LOT of box trucks and high roof extended cargo vans for my transportation logistics company. They did it with NO PG just EIN, business address and business start date. My company was 1 year old at that point. Now I do have the FuelMan Mastercard now, I got the RTS Titan for just diesel fuel and they did a NO PG, NO DOB and approved me for just $2000 but I’m in the process right now of getting my USDOT / MC trucking authority. They’ll increase my available credit limit once I’ve added the factoring service to my RTS commercial account. I’ve been looking at Sheetz fleet fuel cards and I’m working currently on with Arco fuel card as well

Great Info. I have a 6K flying J, a 1800 shell fleet for one of my companies . After watching your vid i applied for BP for my newer company. Doing application online i ran into SSN and hard pull. Called in and got them to use just EIN. Awaiting a decision from account manager. Newer company is 2 months old tomorrow and has 85 experian business credit score. Account manager did give option to invoice weekly semi monthly monthly and even quarterly. She also stated they report to DB quarterly

Im trying to send a PM..guess thats not an option...I tried that WEX/Shell...their extremely rude in their denial letter and even more rude when you call. Also there are no submit buttons on the app only complete. Hey, I'm so good will not be doing business with Wex/Shell...do not want to plant our seeds in not good ground. Guess it works for others. Keeping it moving....
Denial letters are straight forward. Read it and take actions to improve your current standing based on what it says. It’s literally business, never personal.

I had to leave fuel man twice they just not Consistent and customer service is rediculious. They tell you 1 thing and Do or Don't do another.
I got approved for the Arco Business Solutions Mastercard. They were really generous with the credit limit (they gave me more than i even asked for) and I followed your Tips & Tricks which helped a lot. I also did this other trick I've been doing recently which is starting an online app, getting all the way to the end of it, but closing the page. Companies will usually send a follow up email when you do this encouraging you to finish the application. Arco Business Solutions assigned an actual representative to personally finish my application with me over the phone. I didn't have to PG this way either. Thanks Kelvin!

@@LEENSTERx Good Day! I have been in business since 2/2013, and No PG for this card. Not happy with the customer service, my cards will work sometimes and other times not. Cust Svc has tried several times to make corrections and it has not worked long term. I can go to the pump and the cards work today and then tomorrow - nothing! Very frustrating! I have asked they setup a new account for me in an effort to resolve this issue and they have been slow to respond.

Just information I have a gas(Exxon)/service card and was in Atl GA a few months noticed that some of there gas station charge more to use your card and cheaper when you pay for gas with cash.

@@mstaz35 this information is geared towards all small business owners. Even if you own a single member LLC, selling hot meals out of your home. However many cars you drive/own = your fleet. Use fuel cards to fill up your tank and build business credit at the same time.
Thank you so much. Business is under a year old. I have a few trade lines and I used the back out (Homer Simpson) technic with the fleetman card, received an email a few hrs later and was asked to complete application with no PG which I did (completed app over the phone) and a few minutes later received approval email for $5500.00 credit limit. Still waiting to hear back from Shell. I'll keep you posted.

Fill out everything on the application until you get to the submit page but don't submit just close page and within a day or so, shell gas card, for new accounts, will email you a new application and ask you to please fill out and tell you it's with no PG. Try it, it really works just like video above stated. I'm soooooo happy 😊
@@johnbarnes3794 yes you can still apply. They do not ask for duns number on app. You should check with Duns they may have assigned you a number already. Just do a company look up for your company on their website to see of there is a duns number listed
I just discovered this video today 4/30 2:36am EST I’ve been in business less than a year, June 2020x. I have 4 gas cards, two of them I got approved last year in August for two of them and I just got approved for two new cards last week. I did not personally guarantee anything, and I didn’t have to pay a partial deposit or put money down. I have a Shell $7,000 8/2020 Chevron $2400 Axle $4000 4/2021 BP $15000 4/2021 I’ve applied for a Valero card as well this month 4/2021 and I haven’t heard back. I’ve been thinking to also apply for the fuel man but not sure if I need to.
Nice work Lacey! Shell & Chevron are both WEX brand, which will help you get approved for the Valero. The $15k credit limit with BP will help you get higher limits in the future with other vendors. You're doing great! Keep it up.
@@KelvinMcNeil Thank you! I know about Wex bank. I found out when I called to do the shell application. But in terms of gas cards, I keep getting approved without the PG. However I am not getting approved for the sams card, the Home Depot card, the Office Depot card or the staples card without a personal guarantee. It’s so annoying, they keep telling me I need to put my social down. The sams club card says they can’t verify my business. But the others say I need my social security because I don’t have enough business credit. It’s weird because I can see on Nav I have a couple. I have no clue what they are.
@@LivingLikeLacey SAMs club is all about verification, correct. I would recommend watching my video about how to qualify for business credit. To ensure you have all 8 of those major keys 🔑. Next I recommend Signing into your Nav account and checking your business information in the settings. You should see three addresses listed under each business credit bureau. Make sure they are all identical. If they aren’t, this could be the reason you are experiencing issues being approved.
You may be able to get approved with a sole prop but it would defeat the purpose of building business credit because there’s no protection or separation between you & the business.

AtoB is such a good card I got approved for $1000 weekly no PG and it is for more than just gas you can also use for vehicle maintenance as well.

No they do not report yet said they are working on it usually these newer companies can take up to a year before they report
And I believe Road Flex is the same I do not think they report yet either

It’s so annoying, they keep telling me I need to put my social down. The sams club card says they can’t verify my business. But the others say I need my social security because I don’t have enough business credit. It’s weird because I can see on Nav I have a couple. I have no clue what they are.
@@LivingLikeLacey SAMs club is all about verification, correct. I would recommend watching my video about how to qualify for business credit. To ensure you have all 8 of those major keys 🔑. Next I recommend Signing into your Nav account and checking your business information in the settings. You should see three addresses listed under each business credit bureau. Make sure they are all identical. If they aren’t, this could be the reason you are experiencing issues being approved.

I said that’s the choice you have to make.
Does it apply to sole proprietorship businesses
You may be able to get approved with a sole prop but it would defeat the purpose of building business credit because there’s no protection or separation between you & the business.
