The March was played the prior to The Queen's Brthday parade in 1868 written by Strauss and arranged by Gottfried Piefke.
The nearest translation of this title is Warrior's Lullaby. Although the music cards show the composer as J. Strauss it is believed that the march was actually written by the Prussian Bandmaster, Gottfried Piefke using themes from songs dating from the Austro- Italian and Franco-Austrian wars in the mid 19th century, composed by Johann Strauss, both father and son.
