What’s your advice for getting the speed? I’ve learned Mario’s part but haven’t pushed pass 70% speed with accuracy. Would appreciate some advice that helped you. Awesome job man!
Well.. As a Follow up, I'm now covering this. The key was practicing slowly and getting fluid at slow speeds, then slowly push push push push until one day it just happens effortlessly.

It seems like all these new axemen/shredders have great technique and can play the most difficult gibberish with polyrhythms, harmonics, sweep picking, arpeggio jazz chords, etc... etc..., but can't write a good original song if their life depended on it. But then again, what is "good"?
Arpeggiated jazz chords are not commonly seen as shred gibberish and jazz is seen as one of the more original genres you can base licks off... I'm not really sure what you're arguing against. Would you rather they made pop songs? Or are you on the other end of the spectrum where everyone needs to be an experimental industrial noise project for it to be considered "original"? Tbh it just sounds like you're insecure about your own guitar abilities and putting down difficult techniques as "gibberish" so you feel better.
