Hooray! Another video! This year has been almost as bad as 2020 but you make everything better. Just wanted to add something. My daughter listens to you, she is going through a lot of health issues now and you help her to sleep. She likes the train journey the most and she told me that when her dog hears your voice ( she doesn't use headphones) he lays right down and sleeps all night. So not only do you help people to Texas but animals to. She thought it was a fluke but it has happened three times now. So thanks Christian for helping anxiety ridden people and now anxiety ridden dogs.
I put this in my ears last night not even 5 minutes I was out cold sleeping like a baby, so I will listen to it again tonight. Thank you Christian this on really works to relaxing you to letting one sleep, you are my sleeping hero!! I can't thank you enough, your meditations really work. I appreciate all the hard work you put into these, you are just that good! Doesn't hurt your voice is perfect for these meditations too!!
Listened to this last night (Xmas eve) and didn't even know that I had fallen asleep before it ended. That rarely happens. Usually I have to use the 8-10 hour ones to achieve this. I really enjoyed it. Thank you 🙏.
Oh Christian it's beautiful ❤ My eyes filled with tears so emotional 😢... Both my beautiful husband and sweet brother have both past and Christmas is such a hard time thinking of loved ones we have lost still it was lovely to listen to 🎄

Back for an afternoon nap, 🎄 had some snow flurries this morning at first light 😍 was a brisk 24 degrees but the woods were alive and beautiful! I am totally hoping praying and wishing for a big snowfall sometime soon, I'm starting to get into the Christmas groove and this meditation is just right 💃 🎄
