Fire sounds are my go to, you have a video that is a body scan with fire sounds that i repeat a lot just for the fire sounds edit and yes i will do the body scan occasionally! Great video ! 🔥
You’re outdoing yourself lately Christian! Bring on the videos! Loved last years holidays meditation so I know this one will be just as great! Ambient sounds sound perfect! Btw how’s the carpal tunnel? Did you get surgery yet & did it help your neck? I had carpal tunnel surgery last year both hands. The 1st went so well & recovery so easy that I had the other hand done 3 months later. I don’t know how they do it over there in the UK but here it’s only a 10 day recovery but I felt much better in just a few days. Hope you’re feeling better
