I met my husband at work, went on 2 dates with him, moved in with him after the 2nd date and it's been 37 years of marriage. Still love him he's a good and wonderful man! I clean my truck every few months,so I know. It gets done when I get to it lol! Like every thing in my life, I prioritize stuff every day, Some days I don't do stuff for a few days and then I do stuff for days, it's a circle for me. I have stuff I have to do everyday it's in my mind now.😊 You do what you want or need to do. Some people are jealous and wants to be mean bc they aren't doing anything. You're doing a great job and friendly on here. Like my kind of people I hang out with, which isn't many bc I'm picky. I can relate with you bc of my up bringing. Thank you. You both are doing great ❤️

Kimi, I need to clean my car too. It's filthy. I have a 2002 Subaru Forester. She's been a good car, and she was free too, but now we have to bite the bullet and buy a new car. My first car was a 1975 Chevy Malibu. I bought off my dad for $200 when I was 24 years old. I called it the big green tank, lol! It really was a tank, too! My second car was a 1980 Pontiac Grand Prix that I bought off my uncle for $500. I called it the lean machine because it did lean to one side, lol! My third vehicle was a 1982 Datsun King Cab 5 speed pickup truck. I purchased it from my dad for $200. It was black with a camper top. I thought I was "too cool" for that, so I took it off, lol! I had someone paint it white because I didn't have air conditioning, and black would get so hot. I put magwheels on it and a Michlight gear shifter on it that was made of wood. I had wooden beaded seat covers and some nice rugs under my floor mats. I loved that truck! Can ya tell? Lol! I named it honky-tonk. The next car I bought from my great-aunt for $2000. It was a 1992 Mazda 626. I named her Bessie. She was a fantastic car and I loved her. My dad gave me his Chevy Blazer while I still had the Mazda. It threw a rod, and a new engine was going to cost too much, so I was back to just having the Mazda, which was just fine. I can't drive 2 cars at the same time anyway, lol! That Blazer was loaded, though. It had leather seats, power everything, heated seats, and AWD. If I had been smart, I would have sold the Mazda to pay for a new engine for the Blazer. Then my mother-in-law gave me the Forester, so I decided to give my Mazda to my daughter's fiance. I'll be 60 on my next birthday, and I had hoped this car would last me til I die. I have never owned a new car and I don't know much about cars, really. I am researching now to find the best car I can. I'm not sure why I gave you my car history, lol! Anyway, I love your videos. I always smile when watching them. I do know all too well about "The Groundhog Day Syndrome." That's what I called it. I really was truly about to lose my mind. I hope I never experience that again. Depression and anxiety are debilitating. It made me feel stuck. Paralyzed, if you will. I have been blessed more than not, and I am very thankful for that. My grandma used to say, "The sun don't shine on the same dogs a$$ every day." Sorry, but that is what she'd say, and she wasn't a cusser either. I wasn't sure what she meant by it until I got older. She only said it when someone hurt one of us kids. I think she was trying to tell us that mean people (dogs) won't always have good days. They will get hurt one day, too, and know what it feels like. She wasn't wishing it on them, and I don't either. We just hope they learn kindness. I tell my grandchildren, "If you don't have anything nice to say, keep your piehole shut." The first time I said that to my youngest granddaughter, she said, "Grandmaw, what is a piehole?" I told her that it was that hole in her face that she eats pie with. She said, "But I don't eat pie." Lol! Have a beautiful, blessed night. 🙏

Kimi, your car wasn't that bad, especially living in the country and all. That's one thing i dislike a lot to do car cleaning or anythingthathas to do with cars. i have to go to the car wash. I also know Aaron had a long road too, and still, and that can bring depression as well. Just know that God was with you two the whole time. God is moving in both of your lives. God's is good.

Since your car is squeaky clean dont forget to change the in cabin Air filter (inside glove box )If its terribly dirty it will blow dust back into car via the air vents. Just a thought
I always enjoy your videos. You're an amazing person. I'm an empathetic person so I understand what you were saying. I'm also glad that you talked about anxiety and depression. My 32 year old son passed suddenly from a pulmonary embolism in June 2019. Its very hard not to be depressed after something like that happens to you. I'm trying hard to push through it. Grief is a process and when it's your child it's feels like the worst thing in the world. Things change with time and its not as hard but it's never easy. I appreciate that you talk so openly about depression. Most people would never say anything about it. When your whole world is upside down normal everyday things don't matter to you that much. You just make it through the day somehow. Then it starts all over the next day. I didnt tell you about this to make your sad or for you to feel bad for me. I told you because I want you to know I understand what you said. I'm so very happy for you & Aaron. Its always uplifting to watch your videos. You are an inspiration. ❤

Nice job on the car, its in really good shape for how old it is. I have similar front floor mats and washing them actually is easier than vacuuming. I spray them with a hose and then use Dawn blue dish soap with either a scrub brush or that crevice brush you have. Then rinse with hose and let them air dry. Sometimes its so nice to do something like having a clean car to feel accomplished, maybe I am weird but things like that make me feel better.

Kimi I needed this video today. I’m so depressed right now. I’ve been in a depression for a long time but now it’s a deep hole. My house is a disaster it’s awful. Especially my bedroom. This house hasn’t really been cleaned good in over 2 yrs. Due to my health n heart n mental health I can’t do it. I had a pacemaker put in n it didn’t correct my heart issues. My heart rate drops to the 40’s then up to 120’s n higher. That alone wears me out but with this depression I barely make it to the bathroom. Taking a shower is a chore. I’m out of breathe n have to sit down as soon as I get out. You given me hope in the video. It has helped me not feel like a useless piece of flesh as bad. Love you sweet girl n thank you . Kim,you are quite the worker! You two work so well together, and get it done! I used to be able to do it but I’m now soon to be 82 and have slowed down a lot! I did mow our yard yesterday but in the past I’ve walked two or three miles, after mowing but since Covid I’m not able to do that. I have plans for this spring to begin to walk more, I have arthritis pretty bad in my hip which is not comfortable at all!

Scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner without bleach..hands down best car upholstery cleaner..spray..scrub with brush then steam clean it up..leave doors and windows open on dry day to air out..also use a toothbrush to get in crevaces and those cup holders soak em in the sink

I want to share that there is another side of the coin that you were talking about. I struggle with over cleaning, over thinking. I can’t rest, sleep, eat until things are perfect in my house. It is something I’m trying to work on. I have bad anxiety and I probably have undiagnosed OCD. I just thought maybe someone else is dealing with that as well! We all need to pray for one another! ❤
Yes! This is so true, I've experienced the excessive cleaning as well during a very stressful time in my life. It does sound like OCD
I have experienced depression and it can be crippling. With the help of a professional, it took me a long time to get better. I also have a car that is twenty years old and is in very good condition. I try to keep clean and in good repair because cars are so expensive. Thanks for making great and inspiring videos.

Kimi I love all your videos. I see you in me a lot especially painting lol. Girl you have got me liking pink I painted my bedroom pink it looks so fresh and clean. I've got snow white comforter and curtains an white rugs it's just me in my apt I don't even sleep in my bed lol I sleep on my couch lol. My car is dirty too I've not cleaned it since last spring cause I am lazy lol. Plus it was way too hot for me last summer to vac and clean my car out. I am 66 and have lived with depression and bipolar almost all my life so I understand where you're coming from plus I have 11 stents around my heart and have COPD. I have put my life in God's hands. Watching your videos always puts a smile on my face I have three grown children and ten grown grandchildren and no one calls me to even check to see if i am dead or alive. But I have angels and Jesus with me everyday I talk to God out loud a lot and it helps me. I love you an Aron and your fur babies they are so precious. Love you girl. Hugs from Berea Kentucky.
We haven't cleaned out our car in probably 2 years as well. So absolutely no judgement here!! We pick up the trash but we live in a very dusty area and if we wipe it out its dirty inside and outside in a few days so we honestly gave up haha

When I’m feeling depressed I can’t see what’s in front of me the other day I finally noticed the mould has spread in my bedroom & my window was in a right state my bedroom is the room that can suffer the most when I’m depressed, there’s nothing wrong with it it’s just your mindset & you can’t help it, my mum & nan went on about my living room net curtain for ages a while ago they said I needed a new one, it didn’t even show up on my radar, they replaced it after a while in a way it upset me they couldn’t see the bigger picture they were just happy it had been replaced they couldn’t see there was a bigger issue, thank you for this video, watching your videos have helped me & a lot of other people, you did a great job in your car & your garden ❤

Technically the car could be 20 years old because they start selling the new models before the end of the year. My husband works at a car manufacturing plant and they start building the new cars in July and the dealerships start selling them as soon as they are ready. They make thousands of cars a week. It's been over a year since I have really cleaned my truck. When my back messed up last year and I ended up having surgery this year some things just had to be let go. Right now it is a muddy mess because we go down a dirt road all the time. We are also using it a lot to carry tools and supplies back and forth from our house to our mobile home. Soon, the mobile home will be finished and we can move in though. Thank you for sharing.
I use to work with this lady that was so funny. She had a little convertible and rolled down the windows and top and used a leaf blower to blow all the stuff out of her car. It worked really well on the dirt and leaves. The trash as in papers, cups, and whatever you had to pick up.

Those old Pontiacs are “modern” tanks. I know a GM is a GM but it was a sad day when they shuttered the Pontiac nameplate. We used to have an old Grand Am that blasted through hood height water a few times and refused to die and several Grand Prixs that kept ticking and made excellent commuters.
Oh that is awesome!! I told Aaron I want us to run the Pontiac as long as it lets us. Other than minor easy fixes it's done so well

Up here in northern new york, we get bad winters so they salt the roads so they aren't as slippery but it rusts and rots our vehicles out fast. We can't keep cars that long up here unfortunately. I am partial to Pontiacs and have a 1978 Pontiac grand prix, that we almost never drive lol. I’m really curious about those red tractor looking things dotted all over your yard 😀😃. What is their purpose and why have you got them all over the place? I agree with you. I know for me, I would always clean my car so often just because it was calming for me and of course I liked it clean but as soon as I had more than one kid, I just didn't have a reasonable amount of time for it. It does make you anxious too though, especially if you used to always be able to do something and now you can't but just do what you can when you can. Little by little even if you don't do all of it at once. 34:01

Wow the Pontiac is looking so nice,brings me back to some good memories of the first Pontiac car my dad asked me to clean for a whole quarter, and that was the beginning of cleaning cars/trucks/campers/motorcycles it ended up being my first job,i was about 10 years old when i did my dad's car,lol it was a 1948,but anyways good yard work as well,wish i could do my yard work,but right now it's way to wet and muddy,see you in next video Kimi and Aaron 💙👍😆...

wow 87 we just had a noreaster , lost power , tv , net and phone just got that back today. luckily had a generator to power the house.
