All 3 houses were very nice contemporary designs. The living spaces are a little small though. But, if you don't have children it would be perfect. Thanks for sharing.

I don't understand this mindset. You do not need loads of space for children, what couple needs a four bed house?? When it was just the two of us we moved comfortably in a small one bedroom apartment. Now I live in a four bedroom with young kids and still don't use one of the bedrooms at all. Yet still have play areas ect. People need to shift their mindset from owning more equals higher quality of life. Owning less and actually focusing on family, friends, spending time in nature ect vs living in a hoarder house full of consumerism and measuring success or comfort by the square ft of what you own.
Are theese town houses? Looks very nice and modern compare to town houses here in Canada. The price is not that bad. Here in Canada a 3 bdrm town house cost $700k to $900k depending on the Area..
