There the yellow guard guy need to put his guard up, walk down the red guard and then slip and punch with his hands down, he’s wasting energy slipping from so far. Hope that helps

Of course you should! If not boxing any type of recognized martial art. Always good to know even if you don't plan to do anything competition or career wise. More importantly learning an art to protect yourself and/or others always comes in handy

the other guy is also obviously going easy on him
he's obviously experienced enough to hurt such a smaller guy REALLY bad if they were going 100%

Flow drills are sometimes much better than beating the shit out of each other. When I used to train against fighters who wanted a fight I learnt nothing, when I slowed on down and slowed my shots I was thinking about drills I should incorporate into sparring. This helped so that when we went all out (even though I didn’t want to) then I would use the footwork and punching drills on my opponent. People spend years in a gym but learn fuck all and then wonder why they are not motivated to keep coming back, that was me when I was younger, I realised I was just going too hard as that’s what everyone else was doing thus I felt like I learned very little in skills and would just use strength to bully people until I came across people who were stronger and then it was a wake up call.
