My favorite were the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. cartoons. Never played the games, but I love how they're a lot like how I would've expected "How To" cartoons were back then, kind of like how Goofy did the "How To" episodes/shorts. Maybe even Looney Tunes. Thx for reading.
