Wayxin R15 Motorcycle Helmet Intercom Headset Test and Review

- We actually got out on the motorcycles today! And to be honest a lot was because we wanted to get out and try the new headset/intercom from Wayxin. The Wayxin R15 Bluetooth Motorcycle Helmet Intercom. So this intercom from Wayxin has a couple pretty nice features. First, the intercom is really easy to connect with your devices. We had no issues at all connecting it with our phones and of course with each other so that we could use the 2 intercoms together to communicate. The second was the ability to share music and to have a quick FM button to listen to the radio if that is something that you choose. Both are really nice features. Lastly, was that the pack comes with a few different coloured faceplates. So you can have the coms match your bike or helmet or whatever. Very cool. Anyways we take a look at what comes in the box of the Wayxin R15 and take them out for a spin to see what we think.

pleasantly surprised with these. Everything worked really well. THe only thing was the distance. Definitely not gonna get the advertised 1200m. But not really a big concern for us.

I like this communication device. The colour flexibility is a nice bonus. Price point and simplicity are great features as well.

is P15 pro compatible with HJC SMART 20B?
I have been looking at these WAYXIN R15 for our personal use. Your review was informative to a point.. Specs and descriptions are on the Internet.. Q?.. What helmet brands do they fit without affixing with stick on feature or can you purchase replacement parts "Mounts" to be interchangeable between " Road and Off Road" usage... That would be more presentable as a review... PS Remember to do your check strap up " Watch Vid" CHEERS....
If you’re listening to music can you still receive communication via the intercom? Ie; does it interrupt the music with the intercom message?
Hey is it possible to connect both comms and speak with the other person while listening to music via bluetooth?
So looking for a replacement for my Cardo Scala G9 which has become a little wonky over the years. (Pair with my wife on another bike too. ) Good idea?

im still using my Lexin headsets. The FT4 Pro. I definitely feel that you get more distance and the sound from those are really nice.
Hi, does anyone know if the music sharing mode works in the same time as the intercom ? Can I talk to the passenger whilst listening to music ? Thanks !
No you can't have music sharing and intercom at the same time
How can you describe this intercom when you compare with others you experienced in terms of volume level(loudness) and sound quality? Probably not loud as FT4-pro but I what about the others. Thank you very much.
I currently use the FT4 Pro and as of now are still my favorite comms. We will be testing a new set of Lexins soon. Ive had great luck with the Lexin brand and would recommend them to anyone.
