Well, all of these were recorded on our survival server on which we could not break lily pads while swimming under them. I'm not entirely sure if that is regular Minecraft behaviour, a glitch or used to be different 3 years ago, but that's the way it was for us!

You missed a few good ones like making a monster box (make a box with no doors or windows and 1 hole in the bottom so monsters spawn in and fall through hole) in the sky several feet above there house so it rains monsters on there house and putting walls up to trap the monsters there (some people even put hole in roof of house where the monsters land to make monsters fall into the house).
The reason you put the monster box up high is so they dont see it and therefore they have no idea its gonna happen but if you dont mind them knowing or dont think they will see it you can build it right in the open. There is also setting the switch for there front door to activate a trapdoor that leads to lava (I set dirt onto torches and have the switch disable the torches so the dirt will fall when switch is pressed but there are other ways).
Well, i know ONE that is PURE EVIL. i mean, nobody can get out of it, and they will be stuck there forever. it's with a nether portal, and they get stuck inside! just block off each exit on it, and when they go back through, they're stuck!! they can neither type, nor mine!! >:D so no asking for help. it's inescapable!!!
The best troll is...... Place TNT under somebody's house and link it to a pressure plate outside his house. Trust me,the admin or him will never find out where it is place

You can use obsidian if they don't have a diamond pick
we realise that the fall damage would be negated, but this is old and 1 block doesnt save you, that feature is still in xbox.
