Doc, I am approaching my 3rd round of EZ gel for the under eyes. The gel only lasts a week for me. I have seen some improvement but not yet significant. How should I approach my provider other than how I truly want to because this is not cheap🤐?
Hello and thank you for the comment. I want to make sure it’s EZ Gel and not just PRF. With the under eyes if it’s a true hollow then likely filler is the better option. Although EZ Gel can replace some volume loss it’s meant more for collagen and laxity improvement. Fillers will give more of an instant volume correction. But if you like EZ Gel then the volume on average last 1-2 months while the albumin and PRF is broken down.
@@xomedicalspa yes the treatment is EZ Gel. I do have hollows and was hoping to avoid filler. That is most likely something my provider should have informed me of. I prefer natural treatments however due to genetics it appears that I will need filler :-( Could you please recommend your filler of preference for under eyes when absolutely necessary? THANK YOU!

You want something soft. Good examples would be Refyne, Vollure, or Versa.
