Hopefully, the Philippines will be back to its previous nickname as Sleeping Tiger in Asia because of its stable economy and strong Armed Forces popularly known as the only country in Asia with strong Air Force due to its Air Force having F8 - Crusaders Air Superiority Fighters total of 2 squadrons complemented with 8 squadrons of F-5 A/B fighter/bombers. This happened during the time of the former PFEM, but after his stepdown and exile to Hawaii, the Philippines economy got worse including its Armed Forces particularly the Air Force once called Has Air but No Force and might as well the Navy whose ships are WWII era ships which were very outdated. Hopefully PBBM will realize these needs and must fast track the acquisition program in Air Force of its MRF, AEWCS aircrafts, and Air Defense Missiles Systems, in the Navy of its Attack Submarines and additional Frigates & Corvettes, in the Army of its Battle tanks, and in the Coast Guard of its additional 97m MRRV. Once these acquisition projects in the AFP Modernization Program are completed, that's the time we can have a credible defense and offense posture to neutralize unknown threats in our sovereign territories including our EEZ.

We cant afford the maintinance,training,time,and fuel of the f-35 and also the entire defense budget of the armed forces of the philippines is 4 billion dollars. We bought a mint condition C-130H but sadly it crashed recently and the passengers/brave men and women passed away and some were injured.
