Great little day adventure there Steve. You are lucky to have good enough weather to still get out in the skiff this time of year. I have my kayak stored for the winter here now and planning on putting on the snow tires on my car this week. Very nice to see that spot was clean. My guess is that someone goes there and keeps it clean.......Take care, Bluefin.

I recognize that boat landing. It sure was a beautiful day out there. I say you need to go back to that spot and camp. A superior man like you shouldn't concern yourself with bugs, they would just die if they bite you.

Very cool! That looked like a pretty good spot to chill. In fact, it kinda looked like someone or something has camped (and cleaned up) there before. Hey, are you allowed to harvest oysters for personal consumption there? Do you eat oysters?
I have a feeling that if you fell in the oyster bed, a man such as yourself wouldn’t even get a scratch. Oysters would move out of the way to avoid a collision with such manly hands!!! 😂😂😂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There are 2 special reasons you are on my favorite list. A Carolina boy and your superior brain. Yes, we have oyster season now and I'm hoping to go out and harvest some this coming week. You are correct that I wouldn't even fall in an oyster bed due to my physical ability to balance much like an Olympic gymnast on the balance beam. I once laid on a bed of nails overnight when I backpacked across India and I complained to the hostel owner the bed was too soft.
