    Thanks for the video. Is there any information on the person that put them there? Is there a meaning behind this at all?

      There is surprisingly little info on the city's website regarding the sculpture. Maybe they are shying away from the controversy?
      I dug a little deeper and found out that there is no particular artist credited with its creation, and that is was done by the landscaping company who designed the park. I'll include another link in the description for more details.

    lucky for all of use, cool kids, we were able to keep the garbage waste of money, and hand republicans talking points, as the surrounding area becomes a tent city, and crime is as free as a bird. good for you socal boy.
