I had a customer get upset once because we finished quicker than I had told her we would, so now I do not quote exact times. If they ask, I say I cannot quote you an exact time because there are too many variables, but you have me on your job until it is completed. I have not had any issues with that. It also helps that I am a Fire Fighter as well, so they know I have a unique schedule.
