Hey Daiwa and Tom. I just finished building a custom fishing rod, it is 7 foot, 2-6lb. It is wrapped in olive green, gold, silver and black to match the new, Daiwa Kix 23. I would appreciate if you could recommend what Kix reel size to buy, (1000,2000,2500,3000). It is for light estuary fishing (the bread and butter). Hoping your all well. Cheers, Peter
@@DaiwaAustralia Thanks Daiwa. This reel will be spooled with the new, expedition braid, I'm totally excited, my first time trying this new line. Wishing you all the best. Regards, Peter.
Love these vids, Keep them coming!. Would you generally use the 732LFS with a heavier jig head? I’m currently using mine for top water but as it gets colder I might transition it to a soft plastics or even a crab rod.
I have all sorts of Diawa reels, Certates and and Arity. But i after a couple of cheaper reels. Looked at the Caldia or kix. For bream . What is your recommendation.
Thank you for the great video ! Nowadays I’m a big fun of Daiwa, especially silver wolf series ! I’m not resident in Aus but is there any chance to join the tournament as a non boater?
Im saving my money for a Daiwa Infeet Boat, magsealed, zaion body and a rod locker that holds 52 rods!! Great video thanks for sharing. Your calmness is obvious, knowing a few spots and how the tide works is a good start. My fav bream angler, thanks again
Thanks for the tips, Always educational. great video as always.
Cheers Kev! Glad you enjoyed the video 👍

Hi Peter! Either a 2000/2500 sized 23 KIX will get the job done!

732LFS is perfect for 1/16-1/6th. Also doubles as a great shorter crab rod. That’s exactly what mine are used for

I'm about to buy the Kix, in size 2000 or 2500 for light tackle 2-6lb bream fishing
Recommend either the 23 KIX or 23 Exceler! Upgraded technology (Airdrive Design) introduced into those reels!

Do some far south coast NSW content
We’ll keep that in mind mate! Any particular spots?!
Be stoked to see some action between Narooma and Eden 🤙🐟
Tom mentioned the Emeraldas RX is a 6.2 but your website says 5.1 or 5.2??
That’s my bad! Too many reels to remember 😂
