Valentine’s Day, on several occasions, I was taunted for not having a girlfriend on Valentine’s Day, it’s why it’s my least favourite day of the year, but my science teacher made it worse when I answered every question on my science test correctly, and he still marked 75% of it wrong, and I know I did it right because my friend had the same answers as me and he got 100% on the test, when I asked about it, my teacher said I used the wrong formula to solve the questions, so I, along with almost all my classmates asked “So what? The answers were still correct” and my teacher’s response was “Well yes, but that’s like if I asked what colour a rose is and you answered with the sky is blue, you’re right but it’s not the answer to my question” and well...I lost it, a bunch of shit had gone wrong, I was already in such a bad mood, and this just pushed me over the edge, I take the test, tear it up, throw it in the garbage while pouring all the water from my water bottle on it, then walk out and go to the bathroom for a break, I care back five minutes later to see everyone in the class throwing crumpled up pieces of paper at the teacher as well as spitwads and just shouting “BOOOO” or “GET A NEW JOB” at him
Everyone in my school hates that teacher, and I know because one day, we had an assembly and when the principal saw our reactions to the teacher coming up to speak, which came in the form of sighs, groans, and basic ways of showing annoyance/anger, the principal asked for a show of hands of who hated the teacher in question, and no one, I mean literally no one, hesitated to raise their hands, even one of the teachers raised their hand, we ALL hated him with a fiery passion for many different reasons

When I was in pre-k there was this girl named Rylee who kept on biting me one week always drawing blood. She never got in trouble for it. On the last day I snapped and bit her back. I got suspended, they called my mum and my mum was furious. So she called my Rylees mum since they were friends and they agreed that I shouldn’t of been suspended, and that Rylee should of been suspended. My mum said I actually scared her because of how mad I was, I’ve always been a calm person and it still scares my mum.

Society is designed to punish you for fighting back when the 1% humiliate you, for _one_ purpose. If little Tammy learns not to fight back when Bobby tugs her hair, little Tammy doesn't fight back when Bobby rapes her 15 years later. Or some pedo 5 _days_ later.
When someone touches you, punch them in the nose. Not hard. _Fast._ Again. Again. Again. Until you feel safe. That is your right, not given by the U.S. Constitution or the Declaration of Human Rights, but a right *you've* claimed by blood and vigor.
Fight back. _Always_ fight back. Violently and woe to the vanquished.

Idk if this counts as the calm kid losing it or the crazy kid reverting back to their normal self but, Up until 3rd grade I was anything but the calm type a hyperactive viciously violent kid, but in 4th grade I decided to chill out (can't remember why and being chill is still a choice that I have to make) in 5th grade I switched schools and once more for 6th grade. Now by 6th grade no one is aware of the kid that used to use their lunch box as nunchucks to give bloody noses and bash heads to all comers, this is when i ran into the fake "hard" kid who wants to force the quiet kids into a fight so they can "prove" how "hard" they were, and for a week i let it pass I ignored my bag being kicked in class, him cutting in line at lunch, my eraser going missing on it's way back from someone else, my pens disappearing only when he sat behind me in class, I didn't let it get to me or so i thought. One day when the teacher steps out of the classroom for something, my bag is being kicked again and a switch flipped, I quietly stood up walked around behind his seat and smashed his head into to desk a few times only stopping because I heard the classroom door opening, when the teacher asked whats happening I lie and the kid in a low voice goes "meet me after school at the park". When I say I gathered witnesses I mean I invited every kid in our grade to come see but he never showed up at the park or at school again.

I remember in 1st grade he said his dad could beat up my dad cuz my dad told him to pretty much f off, he left my school after that. This describes me perfectly. Because one of my teachers in 8th grade never lets me use the bathroom. Then one day I asked to go about 5 times and she said no each time. So then I just get up and walk out. Best part was the class was in complete shock. She then came out in the hallway while I was walking to the bathroom and she told me,”Daniel that’s a write up!” And I looked back at her and said,” I don’t give a crap!” Once I told my parents this story, they were actually proud of me for doing what I did. In general, I can't trust anyone who is cruel to animals, their cruelty has nothing to do with the animal they target, it's in their soul, and I don't want them in my life. I'm especially fond of cats, so anyone who would hurt them is especially unwanted. I'm not very fond of dogs, but I appreciate that they're fantastic pets and bring joy to other's lives. It's just certain behaviors dogs have that I don't prefer, and it's nothing wrong with the dog, it's just not for me.

And you know, I wouldn't mind if they were just more open about it like I am with dogs. I don't like dogs jumping on me and licking my face, or barking at every dang thing, and if a dog doesn't do that then I'm happy with the dog. A lot of people think "cats smell" and therefore cats are disgusting and everyone who has them is disgusting. People need to stop using the cheapest, crappiest cat litter, and clean the box more often. I use Arm and Hammer Slide, the box is in my bedroom, and if it smells, I know I need to change the litter. Our landlord was surprised we still had cats, because you can't smell it, so it's not just nose blindness. Cats don't smell. Dogs leave poop everywhere, dogs eat their own poop, dogs smell bad when they're wet, dogs will roll in garbage and stagnant water. You have to do work and buy shampoo to be a good dog owner, you have to spend time and money on the litterbox to be a good cat owner.

Thing that made me lose my shit needs my context:
I’m a pretty messy person, but I know where everything is. I am used to being told to clean up, but this was in a boarding high school. I was rooming with 3 other people, and they constantly told me to clean up. Ok, fine. Keep in mind, we were working more than a standard 9-5, and I was extremely stressed. I was pretty depressed at that time. One time I was working seriously to study for the finals, and one of my roomates started taunting me (as usual) that I should clean up my side of the room. I took LARP at the time and was sort of a nerd. Prime target. In front of all my roomates I went fuckit, and gave them the coldest stare I knew how for about ten seconds, and with a icy voice I didn’t know I had and said “fun fact, they teach you how to use a knife, a sword, a bow staff, and all sorts of melee weapons in LARP (this is true, and in several different fighting styles). I have a hunting knife (not true), a wooden model sword I have been sharpening for more than a month (yep), and I know how to cleanly impale a man with a PVC pipe (yes, actually, this is true. For reference, twist as far as you can back towards the arm with the grip closest to you. stand on one foot, and pull the pipe as far back as you can. Then, execute what is essentially a fencing lunge while jumping forwards, untwisting, and shoving the pipe forward as fast as possible. At this point you are essentially moving a pipe with sharp edges forward as fast as you physically can, and with your full body weight behind it. If done right, you could jump forward a solid 10 feet and easily impale somebody through the stomach.) and I’m studying my fucking ass off, sorting 5 whole binders of a years worth of work. If i don’t do this, I could fail almost all my classes. I don’t. have time. To clean. MY FUCKING. ROOM.” I think this was the only time I considered killing/hospitalizing someone.
TL:DR, nerdy high school me had learned how to kill people very effectively with almost every weapon you can think of (I even could kindve use a throwing knife) (and I lived in Merica, so of course I knew how to use most guns too).

My freshman year of high school, there was a guy in my math class that was a total asshole. He never did his work, and instead spent the whole time goofing off and trying to distract everyone else. Nobody liked him.
Anyway, at one point the teacher made him sit next to me (maybe she thought sitting him next to the quietest, least likely to cause trouble person in the class would make him stop causing trouble). Instead of the affect she hoped for, the only difference it made is that he spent most of his time trying to hit on me, or otherwise focusing his efforts on me specifically.
It got to the point where I had asked the teacher to move him multiple times, as well as asking him to stop (getting increasingly forceful with my attempts). The teacher didn't move him, and he didn't stop.
Finally, he tried to touch me. He tried to make it seem like an accident, but he clearly intentionally did it (also, I'm not saying where exactly he touched me, but you could probably guess. Hint: I was and still would be highly uncomfortable with anyone touching me there, especially without my permission). I glared at him, said something like "don't do that" and figured maybe he at least wouldn't touch me again.
I was wrong. He did it again. So... I punched him. My arm had been resting on my desk, and I kind of just pivoted it up so the back of my hand hit his face (with my hand formed into a fist, so it actually was a punch, not just a weird sort of slap). I didn't hit him hard (definitely not hard enough to do any sort of damage), but it was enough.
The teacher had been turned away from us during this whole thing, so when she heard about what happened, she just said "I saw nothing, so I can't punish Camden without proof." So I didn't get punished (although I think the guy did get some sort of punishment). The only "punishment" I got was that I was moved to another table (which was literally the opposite of a punishment, obviously... Plus, the table I got moved to was in a better spot in the room than the one I'd been at before anyway). So yeah... I punched a guy in my freshman year without any sort of punishment... I don't recommend it, though, as I can't guarantee it will work that well for everyone

Just gonna yeet this here, honestly if anyone touches me inappropriately I think I'll just straight up send them to a hospital. Listen up people, no matter what fucking fight for yourself. Don't let people physically hurt and or sexually assault you. Even if you get expelled, you fighting for yourself puts a huge mark on the person who touched/physically hurt you. With that mark, other folks whether it be a teacher or another student will know who to look out for. With that being said, have a nice day.

There was this kid in my math class, I think his name was Jose. One day, I was sitting next to him (I don’t remember why), and he kept scribbling on my paper. Now, I was usually a very quiet and shy kid, but after repeatedly telling him to stop and him ignoring me, I had had enough. I took his pencil and threw it in the garbage. He then took my notebook and STARTED RIPPING PAGES OUT AND THROWING THEM AWAY, THEN STOLE THE NOTEBOOK AND KEPT IT IN HIS BACKPACK. He refused to give it back until I gave him his pencil back, but the janitor had taken the trash out. Jose didn’t care. I completely lost it. I repeatedly punched him as hard as I could in his chest. Back then (7th grade) I was pretty weak, and I overestimated my strength. He didn’t even care and sat and laughed while I tried my best to hurt him. This was outside, but a teacher saw and I got in trouble. I WAS SUSPENDED FOR A DAY WHILE HE WASN’T PUNISHED AT ALL. This was the first time I ever got in a punching fight with someone other than my brother. It was also the last time (as of now...). I am the shortest person in most of my classes, but I would like to say that I am now stronger than average people in my age group (In high school we did work out exercises with weights, and I was surprisingly strong. But of course there were the sports people who could lift double the weight I could, but still.).

I’m a pretty quiet and calm person, stuff just rolls off my back and when I do talk my voice usually isn’t too much above a whisper.
One day a few years ago I was in class (7th grade so there was a lot of unnecessary drama) a kid who was about 6’2 and quite large threw a much shorter kid minding his own business out of his seat and onto the floor.
Now, at the time I was around 5’4 and obviously I wasn’t the most intimidating. Despite that however, seeing that no one else was going to do anything I stood my ass up and yelled at him for about 3 minutes while the teacher had been gone from the class, which meant that I got to use my whole arsenal of swear words and insults, and the second the teacher came in I suddenly went silent. The teacher asked us what was going on Bc she heard me yelling before she got in the door and I went calm and said “absolutely nothing” with a glare towards the guy and sat back down. Everyone else just looked at me for a second and said nothing about it to the teacher.
That boy proceeded to never mess with anyone near me because he knew I’d end up fighting him. That day gave me a reputation though so despite my low popularity no one bothered to try and mess with me or my friends, which I would consider worth it

Don't sell yourself short (pun partially intended but only because my brain can't provide me with better words right now).
I (6'3"-ish gentle giant type) used to work at a bar where big, coked-up bikers (several of them bigger than me) basically said "yes sir" and "no sir" to this scrawny old little Indonesian bouncer. he was just a bit over half as tall as me, could be mistaken for a stick figure, but on plenty of occasions he's wrecked much taller guys' shit so hard that even when coked up and drunk, those bikers still knew that they really didn't want any trouble with him.
If he told you that you were leaving, you could either go get your coat and leave, or you could regain consciousness outside, possibly in the back of a police car or ambulance, but he'd have been polite enough to make sure that your coat was right there with you.

    I snapped 2 days ago.
I am Asian, and Asians usually teach their kids to be polite and respectful towards adults no matter what.
Well, this time I yelled at this lady, she's my sister's best friend's mom. My sister is staying with them on the other end of the country, miles away from us.
And she isn't stable. She's just had a mental breakdown and one of her friends gave her drugs.
So she was brought to the hospital, they obviously didn't tell the doctors about the weed and Xanax.
Psychiatrists call us, so my mom rushes there. She convinces my sister to get ready, but right befoee the departure, she refuses.
Her best friend's mom convinces my mother to let my sister stay, they call me, and she informs me about it. She clearly has no clue on my sister's situation, since she calls it "an isolated episode". Bullshit. My mom says she's been giggling and crying intermittently, how is that okay? How can you tell me to calm down because my sister is "fine"?.
    At this point, I snap.
I was going through a lot of pain and stress for my sister, and that was the last straw for me.
I yell at this woman, insult her, tell her to just do as I say or I'll call the police. She then gives up and says: okay.
But in the end, my mom is a weak person. She lets everybody step on her head, and came home alone.
Calling the police was useless since my mom basically left without my sister. I was supposed to go there, but I had a job interview.
If I were there, I would have called the police.

one time back when i was in 4th grade or something (im going to college now), there was this girl who would always make fun of me, my name, my looks and pretty much just harass me whatever way she can. so one day, it was recess and all the kids were playing on the swings and slides. i only had about 4 friends at the time and i loved them, but only one of them was close to me. said best friend and i were sitting on a table near the slides when the bell rang, so everyone quickly went to their respective classes to avoid getting scolded. so i went to buy a bottle of juice from the small canteen before i went to class with my friend, when the girl that kept harassing me pretended to trip and twist her ankle as she was stepping off the slide. so before i could consider it, i ran to her and i asked if she was okay. she said her leg hurts and she can't walk, so i dropped my lunch box and money onto the floor and crouched down to carry her to the nurse's office. then she starts laughing, tells me it was a prank and jumps off onto the floor. i don't really remember it clearly as it happened so long ago, but what i remember and from what my best friend told me, i pushed her onto the ground, she landed on her back, jumped on top of her, grabbed her hair and repeatedly slammed her head into the floor. i did it about 3-4 times, then i got close to her face and whispered to her that is she told anyone abt i'll do it again and i'll make it so much worse. i got up, grabbed my stuff and left. needless to say she never came close to me again, and when my friends found out about it they couldn't believe that i'd actually pull something like this off, but when my best friend swore, they did. i was in some weird, red haze when it happened so i personally can't believe it happened either lol. i promise i'm really friendly 💀💀

I was always a quiet, reserved person. I mean, "my mom sent me to therapy because she thought I was too quiet" kind of quiet person. One way I did like to express myself was through art. I wrapped all my books in paper so I had something to doodle on.
Senior year in Economics class, I end up sitting in front of this class clown type guy. Every day, I come in, set down my books and he would start teasing and poking me. I guess since I didn't respond he kept trying harder and harder to provoke me.
One day, I had to go to the bathroom, so I came in, set down my books, and rushed to do my business. When I came back, I saw my book. The beautiful angel I had been working on now had a mustache and glasses in thick permanent marker. The wing details I had been so proud of now had squiggle marks running through them.
I was livid. It was literally the worst thing you could do to me. I still hate the idea of it. Having your personal artwork defaced like that is basically being told that your work, your thoughts, your feeling are meaningless. I knew he did it because of the shit-eating grin he was giving me as soon as I walked in the door.
I slammed the book on his desk and we got into a very loud and heated discussion about personal property and how defacing artwork is similar to devaluing the artist as a person. Yes, my form of "blowing up" is philosophizing the fuck out of you. XD

I'm rather a calm and quiet person, and quieter when I was younger, around 12-15 y/o at the time. Had 2 instances where I lost it completely.
1.- An ex-friend who decided wanted to be a douche and a bully, thought it was funny to show off his cellphone around (a blackberry at the time), and then told me straight in my face he had a photo of my ID, and was going to the internet, photo of my face included. Right now, I think he was just bluffing to got my attention, and sadly he did, but not in the way he wanted probably, first I told him to delete it multiple times, refused, so I smacked his face along with his phone and hit hard the concrete floor, didn't break but was enough to upset him. Later on my parents were called, my ID never got on internet, thankfully, don't know if he was punished, probably not, but I got a visit with the school's psychiatry to know "what was wrong" about my burst, even tho it was pretty clear forward why, this brat even got the photo out of the director's office (where all student files are store) while he was out some time ago. Messing with someones private info and property it's nothing to joke around, especially when saying it's going to the internet where some pedo could use it to find me (I was 12-13 at the time mind you, and I had and still have, a baby face so I could pass for an even younger gal).
2.- This next time was a few years later, this boy from the same classroom started stalking me, we were about 14-15, basically sitting behind my desk and distracting me, like blowing in my ear, touching my neck or my hair, while I tried to read, draw, or literally follow the lesson, WHILE been in class with the lesson in tow, really creepy and disgusting as I don't like to be touched without consent, and I'm also very sensitive to touch, so I got stardled very easily if you touch me without a warning, and he knew as I told him multiple times to stop. When he didn't, I told the teachers, they scold him but that didn't stop him, tried again and again, nothing changed, in fact, that made him even more insisting.
One time he said he liked me, but I considered his ways in a very weird and despicable matter to show someone you like them, I wasn't after boys and really didn't care for a boyfriend either, I told him off but that was like an invitation to keep creeping on me like a vulture.
Until the time I snapped. We were in the middle of changing classes, waiting for the next teacher to come, some students got off their spaces to talk with others in class while we waited, I stayed on my place reading quietly, when lo and behold, creeper came behind me, I decided to move to another place until the teacher came by, I didn't say anything, I was clearly unconfortable about it and starting pissing me out too as this was like a never-ending circle, and so of course, he moved behind me AGAIN. I had enough so I did as I was going to get something from my bag, one of our class books, Physics, an about 3-inches thick book, a total backpain, and about to be a headache for him as well as I sweep and hit his head with the book, so hard that he also hit the wall that was next to us (these spaces where placed against a wall), probably with enough of a "bam" to got the attention from must of the class. After that he never bothered me again, never sit behind me again, and probably lost interested in me, good, I wasn't going to fall for a creep anyway, and I was sent again with the school's psychiatry, never understood why as neither him nor the teachers didn't do nothing when approched in a calm way to stop what clearly was unconfortable for me, so I took it the hard way. My parents, bless their hearts, stood up for me and congratulate me for defending myself (they knew about it but told them I didn't want them to make an intervention if I could solve it without making a ruckus, but didn't play out well).
My parents talk with the teachers and the visits with the school's psychiatry stopped thankfully (as these visits took my recess and part of class time), the teacher was a good person but didn't figured out anything on me, except that I was bored as hell doing test after test, even tho I told her everything but still had to go while losing my time studing for finals.
Neither of these were my finest moments, but for the rest of the coming years in school, no one wanted to take my anger out again.

Most recent and serious couple are these:
Mother and step father are yelling, which is semi normal but it was going on for too long. Usually I don’t pay attention to it and I am the type of person who doesn’t get angry (I might pretend to be occasionally but it is just to fuck with people sometimes, and people can normally tell. If not, I just cut it out). At that point it had been half a year since I was anywhere near properly angry, and even then it was more of a mild annoyance last time. However, I hear several loud bangs (I live in the downstairs area of the house) and shouting. What happened is my step father threw a stereo at my mother’s back (she has scoliosis, adding even more pain) and then there was a small exchange of thrown objects. It was at this time I became fed up with this; that is one line you do NOT cross with anyone, but I especially do not take to that very well. I grab a sword off my bedroom wall, go upstairs and as I am climbing the stairs yell “what the fuck are you doing?” I yell this several times and, once having reached the top of the stairs where both of them can see me (at this point they’ve stopped dead in their tracks), ram the sword into the floor and lean on it. I then ask, once more, “just what the FUCK do you think you two are doing?” I take a neutral stance in the conflict and de-escalate the situation and return downstairs when I am told that I am going back to my father’s house for the week (I had literally just gotten back from there), and that was practically that. No repercussions for bringing a weapon to the situation, all the damage to the house (including a hole in the wall where the stereo hit after nailing my mother) was fixed.
I’m minding my business downstairs while being the only one in the house when I hear my dog and one of my cats getting into a fight, which is not normal. Similar response as last time; climb the stairwell, yell “HEY” twice, they don’t respond, hit the wall to get their attention and they stop fighting (scaring the shit out of my dog who was understandably not enthused at approaching me, but I calmed her down). Apparently I very, very nearly punched a hole straight through the wall, which my mother wasn’t happy about. Both the cat and dog are fine, and I separate the two across the house. I still feel bad about my dog, because she had a look on her face that told me that she was very scared of me, rather than the cat. She is better now, but gets a little nervous when I am in the stairwell. Once I leave the stairwell she is fine however.

You can also buy them online (though I don't shop online myself), but make sure you buy it from a reputable source for obvious reasons.

I'm 23 now and you can count the times I ever screamed at someone on one hand. One time I really remember is when I was 11 or 12, another kid in my class was always bugging me, but I never really cared. One time I was sitting down and the kid pulled away my chair the exact moment I was sitting down. I landed on the floor pretty hard and lost my calm, screaming at him. He was stunned and never annoyed me again.

When my sister was having a party (i was kind of like a bouncer there, big scary guy) two guys were getting too drunk and were slowly starting to disrespect the house. I told them to cut the shit two times calmly. Then i saw one of them laying on the couch while the other pours a beer in his mouth (which obviously spills a lot, wasnt even careful about it, just showers the guy in beer).
I had had it. I literally picked up the guy pouring the beer, carried him to the terasse, over the railing and tossed him for a ~2 meter fall to the garden landed in deep snow, so no danger). He starts yelling something, i yell back, people go completely silent as this is the first time they have seen me this mad.
He says he has to come in to get his things, i say hell no, your other friend will either walk or fly out the same door with your things in a short moment.
The guys left and the rest of the night went well. Noone dared even thinking about disrespecting the house or me after that.

2 people I knew in school had a brawl in the middle of the hallway. I saw them fighting, got so mad that people were just watching and not trying to break it up, and bellowed, "STOP. GET OFF EACH OTHER, STAND UP, AND ACT LIKE GODDAMNED CIVILIZED HUMAN BEINGS." I was generally well respected and known in the school, so amazingly they grudgingly stood up. A teacher came soon after but I still feel proud thinking back on that moment.

Seventh grade, history class. We had a important test coming up in a few hours and I was questioning whether I would pass. I had the textbook open in front of me and was cramming hard. My mate came and yanked the book and started sprinting around the class. Me a 5'10", 60 kg male chased him through 24 solid metal benches arranged neatly in a grid. Screaming, both of us are sprinting around when my vision gets blurry. I see a flash of red and the next thing I know, one of my shoes is flying at him. My eyesight returns as I see the shoe hit him squarely in the head and bouncing onto a bench. He ended up with a footprint on the back of his shirt. Every time I saw him wearing that pair of uniform, I saw the faint footprint and would laugh to myself

All my life I've always been very quiet, to the point where some people in my classes at school thought I was mute.
When I was in middle school I rode the bus to and from school and would spend the entire trip reading, or looking out the window. There was this one kid on the bus that would always bully random people and just piss people off in general, but he was one of those kids that looks years older than he actually is, and was pretty buff too (which is why everyone was too scared to complain about him.)
One day I had been having a particularly bad day at school and while we were waiting for everyone to get on the bus to go home he started pulling on the hair of a girl I had a crush on, a few rows behind me. I snapped.
I remember slamming my book closed (it was hard cover, so it closed very loudly) and thrusting into the chest of the guy sitting next to me before I got up and walked toward the bully.
He obviously noticed me coming and let go of the girl to face me and started talking shit, but I ignored everything he said and just kneed him in the gut with no warning before slamming his head onto the corner of a bus seat. Then I walked back to my seat, took my book back and started reading again.
The bus was silent until the bus driver came back (he had been outside talking to another bus driver and didn't see anything that happened). He asked what happened and one of the honor-role kids at the front of the bus (who none of us had ever heard lie before) very quickly said "He tripped." Never got in trouble for it, and the next time I saw the bully he had 10 stitches in his head.
Side note: Rumors spread and nobody was ever brave enough to bully someone when I'm around again even all the way through high-school. apparently that happens when you beat up the biggest kid in school without so much as blinking.
    TL:DR
I'm quiet, had a bad day in middle school. Bully picked on my crush on the bus and I cracked his head open.

I think the last time I got really angry was when I cursed out my Manager, because she accused me of intentionally trying to break the stores equipment. For context this was at a Wendy's and the final straw was the Monday after we had our oven catch fire the previous Friday (I noticed the fire and put it out with a fire extinguisher). Didn't help that I opened both days and had to deal with this shit. So we had to shut the store down on Friday and clean the whole place up and toss any food we had already prepped, because of the chemicals from the Fire extinguisher. After basically calling everyone in to clean the whole store, our General Manager asked me what had happened so I told him and he said that I did the right thing. We found out that the oven had caught fire because of both faulty wiring and the inside of the oven not being cleaned. (worked there for 6 months with no one cleaning the thing). Basically night shift is suppose to clean out the oven and they didn't. The Manager who closed the night before was technically at fault here, but the faulty wiring had let her off the hook. So here comes Monday we had gotten snow the day before and caused the other two openings staff members (the ones with the keys to be roughly an hour and a half late to their shifts (called the GM to see what was going on). So after they arrive I have to kick my opening cycle into overdrive, because they were late. I didn't have to worry about cooking Potatoes or cookies, because the oven still needed to be replaced. So while I was using the grill to cook the bacon I slammed the paddy press too hard basically slamming it. The head manager (Not the one from responsible for the oven) came over and asked me not too slam it and I apologized. When I went to put the chicken in the deep fryer the lid was closed a littler harder than usual and someone went and snitched on me about it. So the head manager came over to ask if I was slamming thing again, but before I could tell her what was up the bitch manager whose fault this is got in my face and yelled "This is all your fault you're the reason we can't serve this, this, and this! You're intentionally trying-!" I cut her off by yelling even louder (I'm 6'3" and 20yrs old at the time) "F*ck you, B*tch I don't need this shit!" Grabbed my jacket and threw my hat on the floor and started to storm out, but before I left the kitchen I hear her say "Leave you're fired!" I turned around and yelled back by saying "B*tch you can't fire me I quit!" Slammed the door open and called the GM telling him what happened and that I was done working there.
TL:DR: Was accused of trying to sabotage company equipment and told the manager who accused me of that to F*ck off.

The people i was assigned to work with decided it would be fun to bring in some mates to chat and joke around with while filming. For every minute they would disrupt filming and for the most part i just smiled it off, but at one point i lost my cool and told them to shut up or get out (though i heavily implied that they left).

One time during my 10th year there was this dude near my locker who would just get up in my face and scream like a possessed chimpanzee. This would probably just be mildly annoying if it wasn’t for my panic disorder that was triggered every single time he did that. So after like three times of him doing this I was fed up with it. Having panic attacks all the time because some dude wants to act a fool to get some laughs from his friends is never fun. So one day when he tried to do it again all my pent up rage and frustration came out as a yelled a very loud, stern, “get the f**k away from me!” The entire section of lockers went silent. I hadn’t spoken a word to any of these people all year, I just don’t talk to people unless I know them or they speak to me first. The look on the dude’s face was priceless and he jumped back immediately. Needless to say he, nor anyone else in that section messed with me for the rest of the year.

I can recall a couple of moments where I lost my crap, usually leaving my friends absolutely stunned, but there's one particular moment that even got myself by surprise (and my parents after I told them). This was on 9th grade, we were studying Lusíadas (a very important mark in my country's literature), it's basically a very old book (medieval old) poem like written with very strict structure. As you can imagine, medieval poetry with weird words is not very interesting for a bunch of teens lol.
Either way, each of us was assigned parts of this poem and asked to make a short presentation where he pointed out stuff like metaphors and yada yada yada. Reached my turn, the quiet kid who's low key stage fright, the guy who never talks in class, always calm/submissive, you get the idea. My classmates were tired of those presentations, I get it and can't blame them for the reasons I mentioned. So... they started talking, loud, I had to stop a few times because the anxiety of the presentation and the constant talking was breaking my focus, which, by consequence, was affecting my performance and grade.
I snapped, stopped the presentation and addressed them "Hey! look, I know you guys don't care about this subject, honestly, I couldn't care less! it's boring yea, I know, but I need this damn grade! if you don't wanna pay attention, cool, I don't care, look outside, use your phone, draw, talk to one another lowly BUT don't disrupt my presentation, got it??" Then I resumed like nothing had happened, except now I had the absolute silence I requested... as well as a very stunned teacher and class. X'D I have to say, it kinda felt empowering, but, after class I apologized to teacher for calling the subject boring. He didn't take it personally nor punished me, which was cool, he actually understood why I was so pissed.

Now, this is a story all about how
My cousin gave me a third degree vaginal tear
And I'd like to take a minute
Just watch me passionately kiss my father's anus
I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air
In west Philadelphia born and fucked by each of my cousins
On the playground was where I spent most time giving birth out of each of my holes at once
Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool
And all shootin some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys who were up to no good
Started making trouble in my clitoral hood
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
She said 'Let me shave your sweet vagina while you suck the cock that grows out of your grandmother's nose'
I begged and pleaded with her day after day
But she ripped out my eyes and shoved them up my ass and sent me on my way
She gave me a good fuckin' and then she gave me my ticket.
I put my Walkman on and said, 'I might as well fit my legs into my father's ass and feel like a mermaid except my tail is my father'.
First class, yo this is bad
Drinking my sister's blended up fetus out of a champagne glass.
Is this what the people of Bel-Air living like?
      Hmmmmm this might be alright.
But wait I hear they're prissy, bourgeois, all that
Is this the type of place that they just send this herpes infested clitoris?
      I don't think so
I'll see when I get there
I hope they're prepared for the prince of Bel-Air
Well, the plane landed and when I was wiping my brother's urine, feces and semen off my face
There was a dude who looked like a chef standing there with photos of me getting my vagina fingered by my sister's fetus that has abnormally long arms and can reach all the way out of her vagina
I ain't trying to get fucked by anyone who isn't at least a second degree relative yet
      I just got here
I sprang with the quickness like lightning, disappeared
I whistled for a cab and when it came near
The license plate said anal abortion and it had hemorrhoids in the mirror
If anything I could say that this cab was rare
But I thought 'Nah, forget it' - 'Yo, homes to Bel Air'
I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8
And I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes I'm having cramps because I'm constipated with my grandfather's semen'
I looked at my inflatable clitoris
      I was finally there
To sit on my brother's veiny cock as the Prince of Bel Air

This happened when I was in 7th grade. Back then I wasn’t in the best place mentally so school was hard. I have severe OCD and back then it was much much worse. I can’t remember what caused me to get upset in the first place, but I was trying not to cry while speed walking down the stairs so I could find a place to cry and find an EA to help me. I’m usually quiet and hardly yell/shout, but I just lost my shit. I was super stressed out, my OCD was out of control, my anxiety was giving me hell and my depression started giving me awful thoughts. This obnoxious girl (she’s a grade below me) walked over to me while I’m racing down the stairs and asked me if I’m okay. In hindsight she was just making sure I was okay, but I just wanted to find a nice place to cry and call my mom and I couldn’t deal with her. I didn’t want to cry in front of people for fear that they’d make fun of me (most likely a thought placed in my head by my OCD or anxiety). I was incredibly close to just balling my eyes out in front of her, so I just answered with “I’m fine” and continued to race down the stairs. She wouldn’t drop it and asked again. I raised my voice a little more and said “I’m FINE.” But she still wouldn’t drop it. So I turned around and screamed “IM FINE! LEAVE ME ALONE!” Then she says “YOU YELLED AT ME! IM TELLING THE PRINCIPAL!” She then turns around and walks off to find a teacher or the principal and I just continue down the stairs (this time running). My depression and OCD then ganged up on me and started telling me what an awful and bitchy person I was, and how my friends would hear me shout, or she’d tell them and I’d lose all of my friends. In the end I found a good place to cry and texted my mom until an EA found me and helped me. Pretty sure (it was nearly 2 years ago and I don’t have the best memory) the principal came to talk to me about what happened and I explained it, so I didn’t end up getting it trouble. I was also worrying over nothing because my friends didn’t hear me shout. I’m in a much MUCH better place now. I’ve gotten a handle on my depression and learned ways to not listen to my OCD and anxiety.
    (EA stands for “educational assistance”)
(OCD stands for “obsessive compulsive disorder”)

Two of my friends ran out after me and calmed me down in the hallway.

I did the same thing as 20:13, I’m a non confrontational person, quiet but I will defend myself verbally, but this was the only time I reacted physically. This guy, horrible person, the kinda guy that would make sexual noises during class and be a genuine wart on society. He also *really* liked taking my stuff, and I’m very protective of my things because usually I’m not the one who buys them and I think it’s disrespectful to damage or lost stuff people have bought me. So he picks up all my stuff, except for the compass that was in my hand and instinctively I just, stabbed him in the hand, I drew the tiniest bit of blood, honestly I felt really guilty but people defended my actions. And I didn’t get a detention, he did, because I had never acted out in that one teachers class and basically got in his good books.
His friends still mention it around me, and now that I look back on it, after all the stuff he did to me over the 4 years I knew him, he totally deserved it.

In elementary school I was always getting bullied. At first I had a hair trigger temper and could easily snap over the slightest things but eventually I got used to the bullying (I even encouraged it after I saw others getting bullied (which *_ALSO_* lead to me seeing red and resulted in me threatening the kids while I chased them around the playground) because I thought that if I let as many people vent their frustration out on me it might spare some others) and just kind of ignored them while keeping to myself. However one of the last times I lost my temper in elementary school was the time one of my classmates decided to remind me of the threat he had made on the first day of school and to say that today was the day he would go through with it. Normally I wouldn't have done anything because I was too afraid...but that just so happened to be the day that I learned that my last cat had *_DIED_* the day before. Prior to him saying anything I was completely void of all emotions but the second those words left his lips I went beyond seeing red--to the point that I didn't even raise my voice. All I could do was slowly stand up from my desk, lean over so that I was staring him dead in the eye, and tell him that they were already dead. literally everyone in the classroom was crowding around my desk and whispering/glaring at him while a few tried to calm me down. He kind of got this terrified look on his face before smirking and telling me that he had been the one to kill them. Naturally, this made me even more upset and I started listing in complete detail how all of them had died in order to shut him up.
I have never wanted to slap a student so badly in my entire life but managed to restrain myself out of sheer willpower because I was afraid to get in trouble.

The cat shelter story. With the lady going to visit 'just to see the cats'. Is not at all uncommon. I have volunteered at two different shelters at times through my life. And very often, support workers bring in handicapped people to just visit and hang out with the cats. Both as a form of therapy, and to bring them just that one bit of enjoyment they may have in their life. I remember this one old man. Who clearly had VERY EXTREME, and possibly terminal dementia. But he was able to be clear minded around the cats. He knew most of them by name (this shelter had ~300 cats on average at any given day, many feral). So when I was there, I would seek out his favorite of the cats, and carry it to him, as he was unable to walk on his own. He could not communicate very well. But the joy in his eyes spoke more than enough. And yes, he knew the cat's name was Oscar, as we all called this cat.. The one remaining part of his mind which remained intact, his love of cats.. My Opa was a cat person (literally raised by the Hitler Youth, was forced to raise and then slit the throat of a dog once it reached adulthood), and I am also an animal lover and major cat person. So, in a way, I can relate. So to my main point. That lady, waving around the treats, watching the cats scurry around and act, well, like cats.. silly animals.. Well maybe she was disabled in some way. And did not understand that what she was doing was in fact, over stressing already over stressed cats.. She likely found joy in watching cats be cats.. Any cat lover can relate. All she needed was likely a simple explanation that the cats should actually be fed the treats and not teased like such.. Kind of like how it's mean to use red laser pointers to play with cats too much.. Cats like to be able to physically catch their prey.. And they can never 'catch' that red dot. And get annoyed, and WILL eventually flat out ignore the dot... And WILL figure out that it is YOU who controls it.. My newest kitten, at the age of four months. Found that her favorite interactive cat toy, "Spider Fingers". Is in fact. My left hand.. One day she was following me EVERYWHERE around the house.. And I think I was walking from the kitchen down to my workshop. When suddenly, twenty razor sharp needles and a mini bear trap had clung itself to my right hand as I was walking... Yes.. Baby Freet Freet figured out that Spider Fingers, her favorite cat toy, is attached to the end of my arm... She is still less than a year old and is one darned smart cat.. She caught and killed the two mice that got in the house while I had a window open when running cables for solar panels.. Good Freet Freet.. She earned her keep. (ALL OF MY CATS ARE AND WILL ALWAYS BE STRICTLY INDOOR CATS). I grow catnip and cat grass for them so they can have that taste of the outdoors without the dangers.

Those releases are happy little golden tickets to patients screaming "I never gave you permission to look up my records!!" Well lady, I told you what you were signing and why. ...still, the screaming patient is nothing compared to the idiots at the other facility who act like they've never seen a release of information before in their lives. And I confess I've never had a patient react the way that OP did. Not to that degree at least.

I was already annoyed because i had to ride my bike in the rain that day and got mad. Just like the story at around 28:15 i didnt remember anything from the moment i lost it till the moment i was held back, but apparently i had broken his upper-front teeth both and hit him in the balls and stomach really hard. I remember seeing him on the floor crying and bending over.

The day my now-former friend had the nerve to hit below the belt was the day my father died from stage-four lung cancer. She knew my estranged father and I did not have a good relationship. I was caught between tears and rage mixed with relief when I found out he passed away. See, my father was abusive and quite distant for much of my life. I was trying to reconcile with the fact that I didn't really miss him. I missed the person he should have been. Because I wasn't grieving in the way that I felt a son should have been grieving over the death of a parent, I felt intense guilt. It took me almost five years to finally shed tears over him.
Being the narcissist that she is, my now-former friend decided it was a great idea to run into the spotlight then try to act like she was comforting me while trying to shift the focus back on to her. You know, one of those people who suffer from main character syndrome. When it was obvious that was what she was trying to do, I shut her down. She huffed and pouted like a spoiled child, then said, “It's not like you and your dad ever got along anyway.” It was like a baseball bat had hit me across the chest. I cursed her out up one side and down the other. I then turned my phone off but she kept stacking messages via chat and e-mail. It should be of no surprise whatsoever, she was the type of person to always have to get the last word even when she knew she was dead wrong. Being the overgrown crybaby that she is, she apparently tried to pull focus again by playing the victim to her husband and her grown daughter about what a jerk I had been to her. They were appalled when they found out that she had said something so cruel and hurtful. Unable to take accountability for her actions, she left me one more final ranty, grammatically incorrect, typo-filled wall of text via messenger (I had put her on ignore by that point so she couldn't see that I viewed her message), which essentially had the tone of a spoiled first grader who in the first time in her life had heard the word no i.e. “My family and I had a fight thanks to you. I hope you're happy.” I left her on delivered for almost a week and I knew it drove her nuts that I refused to engage. After all, she always had to have the spotlight no matter how inappropriate the situation or occasion. I eventually responded with two words to her whole diatribe: “Grow up.”

I'm a reclusive person to say the least. Was homeschooled until my sophomore year, but I only went to public school my SENIOR year. I was one of the quiet nerd characters who never speaks her mind, but there is one day I will always be proud of, the Day I Snapped.
I was in the theatre class my senior year, and during my last show, during a quick change, one of the lead(ish) characters decided that was the time to come waltzing into the dressing room and lecture me and the rest of the ensemble on what she wants us to change in this next number. She was not the director, she was part of the cast.
Backstory here: Before we entered any production, we all signed a contract saying, among other things, that we WOULD NOT correct our fellows because that was the director's job.
So I'm standing there in the dressing room, half-naked, with about one minute before I have to get back onstage, and I LOSE MY SH#@. Said something to the effect of "Shut the hell up, we all know who's in charge of that stuff, and it ain't you, and even if you were, I don't have the time to give a crap!", then I pulled on my costume and rushed out the door with everyone else, all of them gaping at me.
I visited the school a year or so later, and found out that I had gone down in legend for that moment.

I like to think I'm a generally calm person myself and have snapped a few times. Mostly at family members. My grandpa is a man that tests everyone's patience because ever since retiring, he has nothing better to do than start fights. I normally try to remain calm, but a few times it's devolved into me screaming at the top of my lungs and shaking in anger because he just can't understand that people have different opinions from him. One of the fights was literally over my choice of food from McDonald's. I never understand his thought process.

I have two, one for me and one for my daughter.
Daughter first: I picked her up after school one day (3rd grade) and she’s just devastated. Took an hour to get her to tell me what happened. Turns out 3 boys were calling her names and she such a tender heart it just about killed her. I told her I would message her teacher about it. So I do. His reply? “Well that explains why she had that kid in a headlock!” I, shocked, asked her about it and she has ZERO memory of it. Turns out they were giving her crap and she snapped. Put one of them in a headlock and that’s when her teacher saw them. And no, she did not get in trouble with me or her teacher.
Now me: Back when I was in the Navy, there was a guy TDY to my command for 6 months. (I was a cop so his job was basically to sit at gates on the flight line and check ID’s) He’s been kind of a shitbag so I’ve been trying to build up his confidence by giving him responsibility since everyone else’s method hadn’t worked on him. Well one day I get word that he’s sleeping on post and I lose my shit. Tell the duty driver to bring him to me. Once he gets there he meets me in the watch commanders office and with the door closed and two witnesses, I went off. Full military bearing (I wasn’t known for being that anal about that stuff since I was only an E5). I don’t remember exactly what I said but I proceeded to chew his ass out for the next 20 mins. Once I sent him back to his post the other guys in the office confirmed that they could all hear me throughout the precinct and were shocked. It was then referred to as the time I went “mom off” and everyone quickly realized I was not the one to piss off.

This happened recently at the time of writing this, but (for context) I work at the Walgreens Pharmacy where I go to school and go after my classes are finished for the day. Now, I have learned that the most ignorant and stubborn people are the worst customers to deal with because they take “the customer is always right” idea too seriously. So I am tending to the drive-thru and not one, or two, but three people pull up one after another to pick up their prescriptions. Now, our pharmacy is not the best at getting prescriptions filled on time and sometimes we have to get prescriptions sent in from another pharmacy, and in this area, people do not have the best insurance. Also, on this day, it was really windy and made it nearly impossible to make out what anyone was saying. So continuing on with the story, one person (they were in their mid 50s btw) asks me to grab their prescription and when I asked them to verify their address, they mumbled. I ask again for them to verify their address. They mumble again. I ask for them to repeat it one more time but louder. Mumbles again. I then say their address to see if this will help speed up the process. And what did they do you might be wondering? They mumble again. So they make me take the long way around where i have to ask for their DOB and their last name to search for their info. Again, they mumble. After this, i lost it. I raised my voice and said “I cant help you if you arent going to help me. If you want the prescription, you need to speak up, otherwise i cant give it to you.” They get frustrated like i just asked them to run a mile and gave me that sassy teenage sigh (i think we all know the sigh). I went back and asked them to verify the address that i am saying to them and they FINALLY say “yes” with the sassiest tone imaginable. I said “thank you” in a very annoyed tone and immediately slammed (and i mean SLAMMED) the phone down on the receiver and get their prescription. I come back, tell them the price, and wrap up the transaction as quickly as possible.
I have several more if you guys would like to hear about them or if there is a subreddit that i can post/vent on, let me know. Ive only been working there for 6 weeks and already have some horror stories.

I’ve got one for this. I had what I refer to as a week of hell in Middle School. The week started with my pet dying, then later that day we got a call telling us my great aunt (paternal grandmothers sister) had been killed in a hit and run car wreak. We drive up to her home town and helped her daughters get things in order that week. On the drive back on Friday I told my parents we should swing by my great grandmothers place (he house was in between my home town and my great aunts) they told me it was too late in the day and we’d go by some time next week. That Saturday we got a call from my grandfather saying she’d fallen in the shower with out her nurse there and died. So we drove up to her home and helped in finalizing her long sense planed funeral (she was 98, her death was coming but it came at the end of a terrible week.) I got back to school that Wednesday. There was this kid in my math class that liked to make fun of me/punch me/steal my work, usual bully shit, he tried it that Wednesday. Me being the idealist I was at the time tried to tell him to leave me be, I was raised on the whole never start a fight/violence isn’t the answer thing my whole life, I was the kid who honestly believed that every bully goes home to an abusive parent. He wouldn’t stop, threw my bag to the floor and started cracking jokes about where I’d been. I told him to fuck of, he punched me for it and that right there was finally the breaking point of that week. I’d had 2 funerals and lost a pet all at the same time. I broke my hand against that kids face before the teacher pulled me off. Don’t really remember most of the scrap, though I blame that on the concussion he gave me and not on the tears and emotional baggage, he came out with a broken jaw, nose and cracked ribs. I was concussed, had broken 8 of the bones in my dominant hand, and broke my leg tumbling through the desk when I tried to tackle him. But it had one major upside for me. My Middle school at the time had an “equal punishment” policy and the kid I kicked the shit out of was a major donors son. They threatened to kick me out and my parents agreed so long as the other kid got the same punishment. Instead we were both given 3 months suspension and forced to take remedial classes to make up most time for the rest of the year. They tried to involve police but video records of the room, I tried to sit in the cameras view as often as possible I thought if I did he was less likely to make it physical, proved he swung first and I simply went overkill on my return fire, cops actually asked if WE wanted to press charges at the time. I’m pretty sure that’s what ACTUALLY got me the even treatment but my parents still won’t tell me their side of this story.

My friend constantly says she's the therapist/mom friend and sends the same meme of them "giving mental health advice" when their mental health is terrible, which isn't true at all, since she'd tell everyone about her insecurities and worries and we'd help her instead of the other way around. She'd never help us or anything. I'd usually put up with it, no big deal.
Then she began calling me short (even though she wore shoes that added 4cm and was still shorter than me), said I have a big nose and tiny ears (even though they're the same size), constantly makes fun of me for crying but never wants to know why, and finally, sings the word "Anxieetyyyyyy!" when I'm anxious, but again, never wants to help or know why. It annoyed me a lot more, but its cool. All friends tease eachother sometimes.
Then she began making fun of me when she discovered that I've never been remotely attracted to anyone in any way, but still called me a hoe and slut. I tried to stay calm, but I just couldn't and flipped.
Guess what her reply was? "Gosh, didn't know you'd take it so personally..."
And that's only stuff she's said to me directly, sadly. The list goes on.

I was and still kinda am the happy go lucky person of groups, always smiling or cracking jokes.
My middle school teachers knew that I took my school work seriously, so when a kid was fucking up group projects they knew I would just force that person out of the group and do their work myself, that was until cooking class.
Cooking class we wrote and made our own cupcake recipes, we only worked on them in class. 6 kids in our group including me, all but two of us were apart of student government so they had to leave right before lunch to do student gov stuff.
Lets call this kid Harold and I were left finishing up making the frosting for our cupcakes and putting a huckleberry jam in the cupcakes. I was already frustrated at Harold for not wanting to help plan at all and for taking a large amount of our supplies to eat (dude ate half of our first batch of frosting so we had to make more)
I was struggling to get the Damn piping bag to comply and ended up using a sandwich baggy since I discovered all the frosting tips were either destroyed, missing, or being used by other groups.
I remember grabbing a knife to cut a corner of the baggy off, handing the baggy to Harold to fill with icing and turning back around to start cleaning up and checking off our kitchen list of supplies only to hear the teacher ask Harold if everything was okay.
I turned around to see that Harold was seemingly trying to drain water off of the cupcakes, I immediately think it's the jam so I ask him if the jam is causing it and he said "no this frosting is weird, it's all liquid I think its supposed to be left to sit like dough (bread dough)"
Harold only put 1/2 a cup of suger in the frosting mix instead of the 1 1/2 cups required, the thing that pissed me off was that instead of saying anything while he was bagging it or even after he tried to pipe it onto a cupcake or two he just tried to force it to work.
I was trying to ask how many cupcakes he drowned in water icing he shrugged and I just lost it, I was yelling at him as too why he didnt say anything if he thought the icing was weird. I still had a knife in my hand while I was yelling at him (hands on the counter adjacent to the sink with the knife under one hand)
Teacher helped us fix the mess, Harold left the classroom as soon as the teacher started asking me what I think should be done to fix the situation.
We got docked points because of lacking half of our cupcakes due to them being soggy but we passed otherwise.
Teacher made a joke in class about how he thought I was going to stab Harold. I wasnt placed in the same group as him again.
Tldr: Classmate ruins half of project cupcakes, teacher thought I was going to stab him.

Welp, I'm 5 hours in to a 10 hour shift and it's the height of the lunch rush. We'd running consistent 350+ customer half hours for the last hour and a half on a 6 man crew so things were getting frustrating but we were banging it out. We were running a special on 2 for $5 Philly cheesesteak subs and meatball subs and they were selling like free water. This guy orders one set of both on the busiest lane and sends back the Phillies 3 consecutive times saying there was no sauteed onions on them. I was the one who made the sandwiches so I knew they were on there, and at this point Bubble Bass here had wasted the resources for 6 orders of a hot item I was struggling to keep up with demand for on the grill to begin with as I was running both grill and sandwich line with a manager. Finally I snapped and I'm pretty sure the customer heard me yell "can someone get this blind fucker outta my drive thru." This time the manager was the one to hand out the sandwiches and explained that the onions are sauteed, not raw, so they won't be the color he's expecting. He finally left after staying in my window for almost 5 minutes longer than he needed.
Edit: I thought the manager was gonna be mad at me, but she laughed and said that thst if I hadn't she would have.

A story from 5th grade. I'm generally a calm person and my friend group had never really seen me get pissed. I was in class and had some free time so I was hanging out with some friends when something hits me in the head, I had a soda bottle in my backpack (we put our backpacks inside) and was keeping it for later. This girl had taken that bottle out of my backpack and threw it at me and hit me in the head. I'm not sure why it angered me so much but it did, I didnt hit her or anything just yelled at her. The entire room had quieted down and was staring at her. Needless to say she never took anything out of my backpack again.

A couple years ago I was working at a Tim Hortons in the Drive thru. Was dealing with difficult customers all week long, normally I just repress it until I get home and play a violent video game to de-stress. Our restaurant had an internal policy where if you are getting too stressed you can go to the back for a few minutes to calm down so you don't shout at the customers. Some of my coworkers calmed down by going into the walk in cooler and yelling a bit, I never did this. But someone was giving me crap for following the rules like I was trained to, and I couldn't hold it in until I got home. So after asking the manager to handle their ridiculous complaint, I closed myself in the cooler and rage-screamed myself hoarse. Apparently one of my friends who also worked there was just coming off his break when I did this and I scared him real bad. He was more upset when he found out it was me yelling like a saiyan because I usually don't let dumb people get to me. I never tried scream therapy again after that, it didn't help me calm down and so I was just angry and sore afterward

[TW!! ROTTING ANIMALS, LOSS OF PETS AND HUNTING]
My neighbor actually killed one of my cats before, and almost got to two.
I don’t remember what year it was, but we had a few cats in our backyard that bred with strays. They just took the other cat’s food and ran away from us all the time. I named them all (almost,) and one’s name was Terra.
Fast-forward to like, a few months later (you know how juvenile cats look. All young and small, but not kitten.) and my grandmother finds Terra in the garage with maggots inside of her. Later that month (I think,) my beloved cat Mr. Friendly hides in the deconstructed Christmas tree and almost dies in there from most likely poisoning. My grandmother had to nurse him back to health. The rest was drama with the neighbors, but i’m not comfortable sharing that. Mr. Friendly is now doing okay today. He is a very strong boy, and we are trying to save money to treat his ear infection.
P.S. Hunting as a sport is cruel and insane. “Haha! I killed your mom to put her head on my wall. Get *rEkT* baby deer! 🤪🤣”
    ???????
    like what the actual hell?????

I've got two if that's alright.
The first story took place in 6th grade. I had science class with a pretty cool teacher who was happy to goof around a bit and would often work in tandem with any class clowns during his lessons, but there was this one guy in class who drove all of us crazy. We'll call him Arby, cause in sex ed we were told to write anonymous questions we had and the teacher would answer them, the teacher called him out for asking why his vagina looked like a roast beef sandwich. And he admitted to it! So Arby was disruptive during class cause he would derail the entire lesson to make himself look like an idiot, and we were all sick of him. Now to describe me in this tale. I was tiny for my age. Tiny as in short, thin, silent, and terrified of everything around me. Every show I had ever watched told me that I was prime bullying material and that scared me to no end. I was always afraid to speak up in class because the attention of others was a threat to me. So this was the day I said fuck it. Class was going smoothly that day but a multitude of reasons I was wildly stressing out, and then Arby opened his big, stupid, excrement spewing mouth. The teacher sighed and got on his case, but Arby was loving the attention so he forged ahead. I, meanwhile, was trying to do my work but couldn't even focus enough to read a question due to his rambling. I would repeat in my head, "If only someone would shut him up!" No one did, so I finally nutted upand did it myself. I glared at him and spoke out. "Arby! If you don't shut up and let me work, then I am going to backhand you across your mouth!" This was the first time most of the class had heard me speak, so most of the class was stunned. But not Arby. He took a second to look me over and got out of his seat. He walked up next to me and started mouthing off again, saying things like "What are YOU gonna do?" And "You think you're tough?" At this point I'm not looking at Arby, I'm making direct unbroken eye contact with the teacher. I want him to witness this. Without looking away, I clench my right fist and swing in the direction I hear Arby, and am granted satisfaction when I feel his teeth through his cheek against my knuckles. Now I look at Arby, who is finally silent and skulking back to his seat. I look back at the teacher who tells me "Don't do that again." To which I respond "Ok." And class resumed as normal while I conquered several of my fears with a single fist!
The other time was on senior year of highschool. I had changed significantly over the years, from a scrawny, pitiful, geek to a broad, towering, geek. I had gained a lot more confidence in myself and my interests by the end of middle school and I really filled out. I wasn't fit or anything but I had good genetics for intimidation. Nowadays some of my friends describe me as a mix between a lumberjack, a viking, and a biker, or as they say "The Lumber Viker!" I got a bit off topic, let's get back on track. There were four guys this time, who would make it a weekly event to make the teacher cry. I had a friend in class with me, so we would vent about the "Cunt squad" to each other. It was enough of a problem that people would ask if they could do their work in another room or even in the hall. One day I had had enough of their bullshit. I stood up from my desk turned toward them and proceeded to yell, "WOULD YOU DICKHEADS SHUT THE FUCK UP!?! I AM SO FUCKING SICK OF ALL YOUR BULLSHIT, AND I WISH YOU WOULD JUST STOP BEING SUCH CUNTS!" I had got that out of my system and was no longer angry even though they just laughed at my rage. The problem with them was that nothing ever happened to them. The Cunt Squad never got in any kind of trouble, even when they were caught. My friend later told me that he thought I was gonna throw my desk at them as a start to be kicking their asses. Like I said earlier, good genetics for intimidation.
Hope those were entertaining enough for you!

I lost it at an old job once, i was just a substitute and i was around... 17, so i wasn't very used to the tasks that the ordinary person did. (It was cleaning at a medicinal facility) She even did things that wasn't her job, like emptying the dishwasher in the break room. I get easily stressed and can't really handle it well, so when i was running around, trying my best to do all the important jobs i hear a voice from the kitchen as i pass. "Don't we have any cleaners here today? There's dirty dishes everywhere!" I just lost it, broke down crying and screamed at her "Do your own goddamn dishes, It's not my job and you're an adult ffs!" Or something like that... Locked myself in a bathroom and cried, they had to call my boss and we all had a talk about it, i wasn't in the wrong and the woman who made the remark apologised later.
Should probably add that I was bullied for 12 years, have an anxiety disorder and yeah, stress triggers me terribly.

Here's something. I've had anger issues for a LONG time. I think they started showing up when my older brother would annoy the CRAP out of me. But I would keep the anger because I was never able to get back at him. So I was just generally angry. But at school, I remained the quiet kid, and was mostly found reading or doing my work. Anyway, story setting is: I'm in sixth grade, I go to a school that has three different grades in each class. (Mine was Sixth grade, fifth grade, and fourth grade.) So anyway, us sixth graders were supposed to be "role models" for the fifth years and fourth years. We hardly had any fifth years and they were pretty chill, so I didn't have a problem. But the FOURTH years were little brats.
There were these fourth graders who were awful. We'll call them Micheal, (the ringleader) and backround rats. So anyway, that day was a particularly crappy day. I mostly had toxic and annoying friends at the time, and that day they were really getting on my nerves, there were a lot of loud kids, the teachers weren't doing ANYTHING, and I was not happy. So I'm sitting in the corner trying to read when Michael and his little group comes over. They start bothering me, so I grab a pair of headphones to block them out. Then Micheal, (Who thought he was king,) RIPS them off my head, then throws them at my face. Then he grabs the book I was reading, and TORE OUT THE PAGES. this was a book that I had waited months to buy, AND it was autographed by the author. Some kids who were nearby looked and started watching because everybody in there liked to watch drama. (The next few parts I only know because one of my few chill friends told me) so apparently, I stand up, and i look PISSED. And the next few lines are apparently what I said. "You know what??!? I am SICK, of your CRAP. You, are ANNOYING. The few people in thjs class that actually have brain cells are sick of you! I HATE YOU. We ALL hate you! Just shut up and get lost!" Apparently I stormed out, and the friend who told me about this found me in the bathroom. I was sent home because apparently I was having a mental breakdown.
Next day, I come to school, and Michael and his mom approached me. He apologized for being a piece of crap. I walk in the classroom, and people are just looking at me, And the rest of the day went pretty normal. I haven't done that since, but I cherish that moment.

I said " no one cares" when my parents said something about my old school. No punishment, just talk, but I've never been like that. I'm an ambivert so it fills me up with crap until I burst. Then...I just did. It past like 4 hours ago but my stomach still hurts. Probably the hardest thing I've ever said cause I'm usually shy. Damn.

My parents don't fight that often, but sometimes when they do they start yelling at each other too much. When this happens my siblings and I usually just close the door and distract ourselves with music or something. One time one of their arguments got out of hand, being quite loud compared to previous ones, to the point that it my siblings cry. When I saw them hugging each other while in tears I snapped. I just couldn't take it anymore, so I yelled louder than them to stop their stupid fight bc they were making my siblings cry. They stopped fighting after that.
(I didn't know what to do besides yelling back at them, I usually just try to avoid fights or people in general cause I'm not the talkative type)
