Rest in peace and birthday wishes to Elizabeth Montgomery this was a great cautionary tale. No one can be sure about how anyone feels until they prove it
don't make the mistake of watching, as you can guess from the duration , they do not present the whole film, and it's a shame because you can't find the second part !
I just watch this full episode on metv and I didnt see that coming because I didnt see the first 10 min of the show.. wow.. that's all I can say.. whoever the writers were for this show, the things that go thru their minds... Brilliant!!
I love (@3:00) how they plant the television in the most unwatchable spot in the house! Hollywood was really anti-little screen (even in TV programs themselves!) They set designers would create the most lavish and beautifully decorated sets then seem-as an afterthought-to remember that the television had become a central part of American life. It’s great fun to play ‘spot the unwatchable television’ in your favorite 50s-60s films and shows!
wow what a cast, I love Gary Merrill and Elizabeth Montgomery! I could have sworn the officer was Rip Torn or maybe Bradford Dillman but nope not either of them.
"Alfred Hitchcock Presents" was a consistently entertaining show. Great twists and turns in every episode, the starting point for an amazing array of fabulous actors and an excellent vehicle for classic stars.
Obviously Samantha has met Darrin and decided he’s really the man for her, even though she’s calling him “Steve” when she tells her husband. And she’s still covering up the fact that she’s a witch, but she’ll be truthful when she marries Darrin. They’ll live happily ever after.
Crazy to sit on window sill that policeman as a door opens in the apartment and the BALLANCE of the WIND/AIR INSIDE pushes right tru the window!!!! Experienced that myself and also note when you open your apartment door if you listen closely you will hear a snapping sound from the wooden staircase as the HALLWAY AIR PRESSURE CHANGES as your apartment air rushes outward into the hall!!! In other words please be careful when sitting or leaning out windows or please put those WINDOW GATE GUARDS IN PLACE!!! (the ones that bolt onto the sides of the window frame with deep tight screws tru solid frames!!)
I've seen the cop in lots of later things including the invaders. Good actor. Well they all were. Ah is the cop going to be "Steve" only part way through and trying to figure it out! Don't tell me ha.

Alfred Hitchcock was a different animal.
My mother thought he was a strange guy.His mind definitely worked in a unique way.
I don't understand the purpose of not showing the whole show
To get you to buy the expensive DVD boxed set, my dear!~
@@Themanwhocameback2 I think the series is now owned by Peacock
Me either, but it's still on TV every night at about 1:00AM where I live. Broadcast TV not pay television.
It’s outrageous. These shows were all on utube a few years ago.
Bette Davis husband man on the ledge
the ending gave me chills. I signed up for Peacock so I could see it and it was worth it.
I tried to sign up with Peacock too, but it's not available to Canadians.

anyone else realize how similar this episode is to that film "14 Hours" from 1951?? almost word for word at certain points.
I didn't know Elizabeth Montgomery was in so many shows before Bewitched.
She made dozens of appearance on live TV in the golden era of the fifties, especially on her father's 'Robert Montgomery Show'.
She was in a movie in 1963 called Joe cool

So, what happened? Did he jump?
@@elleryeggen9678no the man that came out on the ledge was Elizabeth's lover. He push him over.
if Elizabeth Montgomery left me I'd jump off the building. lololol
She was such a natural beauty.😊
Love Alfred Hitchcock.
Not loving him after Tippi Hendrens revelation.
Notice how good Elizabeth looks without all the eye makeup.
Elizabeth was gorgeous!
Samantha could have fixed everything with a twitch of her nose
❤️ 🧙❤️
Ha ha ha ha
What a disappointment to not be able to see the conclusion. Why only post the first 9 minutes?
So Reverend Snow was a cop before, Chrissy never told us.

You're right; at the very least it would have had to be as close to a window as possible just to pick up the antenna signal 😉
I just watched two episodes with Darrin, yesterday.
Loved it, thank you 😊🙏❤
Those still asking where to find the episode, check the description. Streaming on Peacock network, Season 4, Episode 7…

Love the end😢
Does anyone know it?
Since this isn't the full episode, I Googled the synopsis. Good plan, I wish I could've watched it.

young women paired with men 20+ years older?
Did he jump?
Stay tuned… they usually post the second part with a week
@@sweetpea9347 oh cool. Thanks 😊
No! There is a magnificent twist that can only be pulled off by Sir Alfred😌!!!
@@fahimabemberry9756 ahh love Hitchcock
Agree that the ending is great but, like most AHP episodes, Hitch neither wrote or directed "Man With a Problem."
so, did he jump?
Elizabeth Montgomery sure was a babe.
Those two lunges he made at the end looked like he was taking a jump for real.

That's BS! Where's the ending? 😡
The coo Steve is played by actor Peter mark richman
season 4. I have it.
he doesn't want to commit suicide really or he wont wait like this !! not DRAMATIC like all other of Hitchcock's with twist in the end !
