Yes,and I have books on all kinds of plants, poisonous and such, also one called the disappearing spoon,,lots on trees, volcanoes, etc,so ,I will look at some more along your tastes right now,😊get back with you
I've a transgressive nonfiction anthology you've never read because I wrote it. People say the prose is good. It's called The Abusement Park - Adventures in boysland where the laughing children cry - a collection of 24 Chicago stories. It's about growing up in Chicago's inner city. Wanna read some?
Hmm. _The Unclaimed_ may not be for me. Gawande’s was one of my favorites when I read it long, long ago. _Emperor of Maladies_ is next on my medical list, which has not been moving. Everything I’ve seen about the Soviet system makes it sound unappealing to me.
Excellent and very informative list, thank you!!
No problem, glad it was helpful
Being Mortal was such an impactful, awesome read!
I thought so as well, can't believe I slept on it for so long!
I love this! I am adding Being Mortal to my TBR.
Awesome, I think you'll like it Hannah
Enjoy your reviews and commentary.
Thanks
awesome video :) non-fiction books need to have more attention!
They do for real!
Soviet Century sounds fantastic. Going to have to grab that. I might read that for Q4 and maybe only that lol...
It's a lot. And not just length

Yeah the Soviet system was ..... something. The book goes into a lot of it's problems and failures directly and indirectly
