It actually is but there is a learning curve. If you can figure it out before being discouraged it is awesome. 1. Never "be nice" it is a business, not a charity, 2. Get EVERYTHING in writing, Make lots of copies and have them sign them too. 3. Take pictures of everything before and after by a professional.

I've rented a couple apartments. Between the apartment complex agent and my mom (don't judge) I was led to believe that if you don't leave an apartment a little better than you found it or it goes on some report that follows you if you try to rent another apartment.
Plus it reflects poorly on you.
Remember...each state is different.
Some apartment complexes or landlords request the details from previous landlords, at least in my area. If they actually contact them and you have a bad reference then it reflects pretty badly, yeah.
I don’t understand how the longest running court show consistently recycles the same cases over and over when they literally have thousands of segments to choose from.
Because they got good views originally. Which means ad revenue. People don't search for old episodes but will watch if removed and re-uploaded along with new viewers. It's no different than reruns on television and commercials. Although this may be a lost concept on younger viewers who are used to streaming now. It's smart and a win/win situation. Judge Mathis does the same.

I've been watching a lot of court shows on TH-cam these last six months, and I'll tell you, nothing turns me against a litigant faster than a woman who says, "Well, I'm a single mom" before laying out an excuse. No one cares! It is not a Get Out of Responsibility Card! If you're grown enough to make a baby, you're grown enough to pay your debts and own your choices.
