For 200K eggs a day x 2.50pesos(Net profit per egg) = 500K/day if we multiply it (100wks - 16wks(growing stage) = 84wks x 7days = 588days x 500K = 294M per cycle. Suppose their Total Capital is 100M imagine in just 1 cycle they already recoup their invested money. This is only my near estimate as I have this business for past years only conventional type of cages. Really egg production is a profitable one however it entails huge capital initially. Sa Japan po fully mechanized po yung sa kanila na kahit sa pagpili nang itlog na may problema computer sensors ang gumagawa at naghihiwalay hindi tao. Hinuhugasan din yung mga itlog nang tubig na may antibacteria at dinadaan sa UV na ilaw kaya sobrang ligtas kainin ang itlog nila dun kahit hindi niluto.

But I have one suggestion to make it even better: right after the eggs are on the bar conveyor, there should be water disinfectant sprinklers flowing donwnside and upward to make sure they are clean. This way the candling is just limited to looking for cracks because they are cleaned already.
May separate po na equipment para sa process na iyon. Pero depende po iyan sa requirement ng costumer. Pwede po I wash ang egg pero dapat maaligamgam, merong standard temperature para hindi madali masira and also hinahaloan ng chlorine.

Hinihintay ko sana na itanong ninyo kung papano ang maintenance ng kanilang automated machines. Gaano kadalas ang cleaning and preventive maintenance, close ba sila ng 1 day to conduct this and so on.......Anyway maraming salamat sa pag feature ninyo nito.

Nice to see the improvements in the process of mechanization in egg production there. Here in the US, All eggs has to Pass through Cleaning process/washing before sorting and packaging. Of quality control here is different.

Sa Japan po fully mechanized po yung sa kanila na kahit sa pagpili nang itlog na may problema computer sensors ang gumagawa at naghihiwalay hindi tao. Hinuhugasan din yung mga itlog nang tubig na may antibacteria at dinadaan sa UV na ilaw kaya sobrang ligtas kainin ang itlog nila dun kahit hindi niluto.

But I have one suggestion to make it even better: right after the eggs are on the bar conveyor, there should be water disinfectant sprinklers flowing donwnside and upward to make sure they are clean. This way the candling is just limited to looking for cracks because they are cleaned already.
