It was a very loong and exhausting week from the office. Thankfully I bumped into this video! To Sir Paeng , thank you for reminding and bringing me back to the reason why I'm where I am today. Like you I prayed to God to lead me to something where he wants me to be where I can provide better for my family and where I can grow. Recently it seems dragging, exhausting and taxing. To the point that I want it all to end and go back to my comfort zone. But God really works mysteriously and led me to this episode. You and your story Sir Paeng rekindled my dying spirit! You reminded me one of my favorite passage of Jeremiah 29:11 “'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. '”

Sir Paeng, I really admire your philosophy of NOT TO BE GREEDY & also the incentives you are giving to your workers to farm a piece of land that is part of your property. You are so kind and your faith in God is so strong, that is the main reason that you are so BLESSED. It is also true that there are some people who cannot be trusted & that happens in any kind of business. Preferably a businessman would like to hire all honest people to work for him but that’s kind of impossible. Personally I would rather prefer people to ask instead of stealing. More power to you!

I am so much inspired of the story of Paeng to go in into papaya and vegetable farming. My husband is a sugarcane farmer which he had learned from his father and grandfather who were sugarcane planters also. But right now sugarcane market is not good, labor cost and fertilizers not a good investment. We plan to diversify to papaya and vegetable farming. Hope this is our God's calling 🙏. Kung buhay pa Sana siya nung nag simula na Kong mag abroad baka ganitong lupa ang mabibili ko kasi Alam ko maalagaan niya at matururuan niya ako magtanim...
Me napanuod ako dati na mga langam na prang hantik is considered biofertilizer...now ko lang narealize bkit ung Manga nmin, guyabano, papaya, Kamyas, caramay, bayabas, sobrang hitik at walang nasisira na bunga, un nga lang kadaming hantik....kya pla ayaw ipapatay ni papa or lagyan ng gamot pra mawala, e Yun pla ang purpose Nila....
Ung sinabi ni Kuya na prayer niya.... give him a business that will humble him.... dinala siya sa lupa...it reminds me of how the lord created the first man...
Minsan isasad tayo...God will allow it to happen to for us to know where we started and how we will end....
Yung nagdoubt siya kasi sa farming pero he was reminded in the story of Peter when he walks on the water, he stumbled because of doubt but Jesus was there to pick him up and to remind him that even we are on the occeans of doubt, our faith will always be bigger than those.... Jesus will always be with us as we walk through it....
